The business then will reply with an estimate. Mark (the owner) responded within the hour. I then called him and we got an appointment scheduled. Him and his son, Connor showed up and they were both super friendly and went straight to work! They were able to address the issue and fix it within 30 mins or so. He explained to me what had happened and how he corrected it. His service call fee is $110. These guys are very kind and professional. I would recommened them to anyone who needs an electrician. They texted me when they're on their way also which I like. I'm a stay at home mom with a toddler so anytime the phone rings I never answer because I can't hold a conversation with all the noise.
