I also had my 4yr old with me , we don't do iPads so he brings a backpack with toys with him and likes to talk, he can and will talk your ear off. Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

In the state I used to live in, it seemed difficult to get any treatment or medicines for any condition that was not textbook/routine. I haven't had that problem here. Everyone listens and is driven to find a solution that works for me. Dr. Pearch is surprisingly knowledgable about my medical conditions (which are neither terribly common nor unheard of, but the medical knowledge about them has evolved significantly in the past decade). I was used to being an enigma and having to be the one to stay on top of medical research, but this clinic is helpful. Or shall I say competent. They are also very compassionate, especially after I had a miscarriage and kept bursting into tears during appointments. That said, Dr. Pearch is very popular, and it might be difficult to score an appointment slot, so be prepared to see the other medical professionals at this clinic.

I finally convinced my husband to go here and he got a different doctor because he was a new patient and Dr. Pearch is usually pretty booked up. He really liked the doctor he had and will continue with her. I can't remember who he saw. I don't think you can go wrong with who you see. Even though Dr. Pearch is booked, she always has slots open for followups and things. I've never had a problem getting in to see her. The office staff has always been extremely nice and the office is very clean and easy to get to. They are close to a lab so when you need lab work you don't have to go far. I like that they use online chart system so you can quickly see your history and lab results. This might be typical or standard now but before coming here I hadn't experienced that. All of her referrals have been wonderful. I am very happy with my experiences here.

I just wrapped up going to Greater Therapy Centers in Lewisville for some odd back pain I had been…read morehaving. If you don't want to read all of this review (since it might end up a bit long), the TLDR version is that they did a fantastic job of fixing my issue and they did so with minimal info. All of the staff also were very nice throughout. When my doctor initially recommended physical therapy, I was a little pessimistic on its chances of fixing the issue. That was in large part because describing the issue wasn't the easiest thing in the world. My back felt fine 90% of the time, but stand up for longer than 10-20 minutes and all of a sudden I was hunched over in pain. There was no clear cause of it either. Basically, I knew I wasn't going to be able to give a therapist a lot of info to go off of and I knew that could mean they wouldn't be able to hone in on the issue. However, I'm happy to say that Brandon and Howard managed to take the gibberish description I gave them and devise a treatment plan that actually fixed the issue entirely. For reference, this was a back problem I had been experiencing since early March. (2-3 months.) No amount of muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory meds, heat pad sessions, or stretching seemed to do anything for it either. PT did the trick though. It is great to be past it finally, especially since surgery was in the conversation. For anyone trying to decide on a place to go, I definitely recommend this place. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and care about getting your issue fixed. I've been in places after surgery where you felt like the therapist was doing his/her best to get you out the door. GTC was essentially the opposite of that for me. Their focus was on getting me back to normal, not on who their next patient would be.
