So, I normally don't do reviews, but we just returned from Mexico (Playa de Carmen) and had an AWESOME vacation. We have been booking our trips on our own over the past few years, but with all of the COVID restrictions in place and how often those restrictions are changing, we decided to look for a good travel agent. Well, we were so lucky to find R5 Travel located in Maple Shade, NJ. We worked with both Jason and Deanna, who were both very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the restrictions and expectations, and planned the entire vacation for us, thus saving me the grueling days\weeks of finding the right hotel, flight, transportation, and not having to worry about those ever-changing COVID restrictions and testing requirements. Not to mention they were able to get me a much better price than what I was finding online, which also included additional amenities that I was not privy to. We did not feel any pressure with making any decisions or purchases, and quickly felt confident that we could trust them. While checking into our resort, we experienced a very long wait time and mentioned it to Jason via email. Jason apparently reached out to the hotel about our experience and we were surprisingly presented with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and the concierge manager hunted us down to make sure we were satisfied with the hotel service (Thank you, Jason!). R5 really does want to make sure you have a great experience. Everything else was smooth, including the COVID testing we were required to take and the additional paperwork for entering back into the U.S.  Deanna and Jason also followed up with us on our entire experience so they can continue to provide excellent customer service. We are now booked through R5 Travel with our next adventure and have included several family members who will be accompanying us. I highly recommend using the team there at R5 Travel. read more

Jason and his team are really exceptional, I'm not overstating this! In the short time I've known them I've found them to be on point with everything I've thrown at them. We went to 3 cities in Italy in 10 days for instance. I had an outline of what I wanted to do. Jason who lived throughout Europe, guided me as a close friend would. He listened closely and asked insightful questions to discover what was truly important to us and it made all the difference. At one point had a important question in Rome and didn't really consider the time of day but no matter I was reading the answer on my phone before I knew it. Another, somehow I left an Item of value in Venice and Jason knew the best approach, carrier and where to bring the item so the AirBnb host could send it. I'm telling you, you can't go wrong with these people! Now I'm going on a cruise this February. Same thing, I ask a million questions and with a friendly Socratic approach they listen, ask a few questions, then help guide you to the answers you seek. This cruise is a complicated affair: a wedding, 60 birthday, and anniversary cruise for 20+ people BUT I'm seriously treated as if I'm the only one going. Jason is AMAZING!! Jason and his R5 team helped me and my husband plan our honeymoon. We originally had our wedding scheduled for September of 2020, during a pandemic. Jason helped us plan our dream honeymoon to Australia and Fiji, but you know the pandemic stopped us from going there. We pushed everything back for April 2021 and Jason completely understood and helped us feel at ease throughout this entire process. He then sat through multiple calls (hours long at times) with us trying to find a new destination for the honeymoon. Jason HOOKED US UP!!!!!! We went to Antigua at a Sandals resort for 7 days, yes not at all what we imagined when wanting to go to Australia, but this was perfect! Jason made sure we got the Honeymoon package, which was one bottle of champagne and breakfast in bed. But you know what - Jason didn't stop there, we got 4 bottles of champagne and multiple breakfasts in bed! For our flights, Jason was able to change our seats last minute so that my husband could sit at an isle seat (he has long legs)! I reached out to R5 to help me finalize plans for a Europe trip that I already had halfway in the works. It was a very complicated trip with multiple countries in short amounts of time and a long Alps hike in the middle of it. I knew it would be hard work to finalize the details. I spoke with Jason from R5 (yes, we bonded over having the same first name), who was honest and open with me. HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER TRAVEL AGENTS AND AGENCY! I cannot begin to express how beyond amazing my trip was to Sandals Ocho Rios. Everything I was looking for was EFFORTLESSLY supplied and even in another country if I had questions or issues with something as minute as a television being fuzzy, I was able to call on Deanna and she got right on it. I am now having Deanna and Jason help coordinate my events abroad for my brand, my brother's wedding, my family trip and any other trips I have to take in the future. My wife and I booked our honeymoon through these guys and everything went perfect and according to plan! We traveled to Hawaii and visited 3 different islands while there.
