The car wash is awesome and most of the people that work there are super friendly and helpful except for this grumpy grandpa that has the worst attitude towards his paying customer. Guy thinks the whole world owes him an apology for working there! They sped up the system , I be gone through twice on occasion . I bitched and they comped it . But still. I drive up from mass because I like the scrub not spray system and my lifted truck fits in . Regular road and rain grime should come off if they just slowed it done 10 seconds . Been going there for a few years . I know exactly when they sped it up. Money grab. read more

This place used to be a great deal and a good wash. Now, they run the cars through at a faster pace, so they don't get as clean or as dry but they make more money at the end of the day. Sometimes the spinning brushes are barely moving and spray nozzles are sometimes weak or blocked. So your result is questionable. Plus, they recently increased the price 40% for the wash I always got "ring tail wheel deal" from $7 to $10. No longer worth the trip. read more

Hold on top your hat when you're using the FREE Vacs! Major sucking power might take up the carpet in your rig! Next time I'll bring the dogs here instead of the groomer! For $3 what a deal! Cleaned of the salt, sand, and dirt from the last storm. The overhead hoses are long, reach well, pull the dirt out and do not have a timer so you can really clean without being rushed. A great stop to bathe you vehicle. When you drive in, you are greeted with an automated kiosk to select your auto wash. Once you select from the many choices, check their website for more information, you then proceed to the wash where you are directed in. Overall, the automated wash does a pretty good job for $3. I wanted the truck washed of the salt and sand and got it. The drying does a typical job but suggest you bring some towels to dry off the remaining drips. After the wash, drive out and to the FREE vacuum section where there are several stations available generally. The vacuum service is great to have even if you just have a little dirt to vacuum up. Suction is very good. The staff are very helpful and friendly, quick to assist as needed and very aware if there are issues with the vacuum system or kiosk. Most overall opinion is excellent because for $3, you get to wash your vehicle in less than 5 minutes and get a free vacuum. read more

This place would have a 5 star or even a 6 star rating if it wasn't for poor customer service. I swiped my CC at the tunnel wash, and accidentally tapped the screen. Even though I tapped nowhere near the $18 wash selection, that's what I was immediately charged for. It definitely seemed like a glitch. I went inside for a refund and politely and humorously let them know the system may have a bug. Even though I explained it exactly as it happened, the woman I was dealing with kept condescendingly telling me it was my own fault. I accepted the refund and left, knowing they thought I'm some fool or inept. The wash is great, the vacuums are the strongest in the state, there's towels out for you to dry, even if you use the self service. You can use the self service wash bays for &0.25 increments, so it's awesome for a quick rinse and not having to shell out $3-$4 like other wash bays. Customer service aside, I would recommend this place. A $3 automatic tunnel wash literally doesn't exist anywhere else in this state. If you're reading this, Racoon Express, you need to put some time into training your employees around customer service. You operate a high-end wash, and we expect high-end service! read more

Horrible customer service they destroyed the bed cover of my truck and told me it was my fault. I was told to put the cover on my truck due to some small piece of wood in the bed and that the kid would be fired if I did not. The wind machine destroyed the cover and was told that it was my fault because I said it was old and broken. It is old but not broken. Good deal at 3 dollars till it breaks a 300 cover lesson learned. Also I just looked and they also broke my antenna off. read more

I have been coming here for over two years for both of my vehicles. The older man that was working 02/29 around 215pm lacks customer service and professionalism. I came in with my truck and realized that I forgot to latch close the cover to the bed of truck. I signaled to the younger kid who had no issues stopping the belt for me since no one was in line behind me to quickly latch it close. It took me less than 15 seconds, around the corner comes the older man and rudely goes make sure you do that before you get here, dont let it happen again. I told him I've been coming here for years and this is the first time its happened. He then responds with well dont let it happen again, at this point I tell him he needs to relax as I start to move down the conveyor and before starting the car wash he shouts back "how about you never come here again." I obviously didnt realize I forgot to latch the bed cover until I got there and thank god I did remember or else the dryer's would have flung it open and caused damage. His attitude towards me was insulting and not only that but proceeds to tell me not to go back there. I am pretty sure I've been going to the carwash longer than he has been working there. Management please take action and I can be reached if you want me to explain some more. As a business owner the last thing I would want is an employee of mine telling my customers not to come back. read more

My husband's car was parked on the street and someone thought it would be fun to vandalize cars in the area by wiping grease on the windows and handles. We cleaned the grease off very well but decided to go through the car wash in case we missed something. We are from out of town and never experienced this particular place but often use similar drive through car washes. The prices are comparable to what we are used to (we got a few extras $15). I found the touch screen payment easy to use and can see how it would make for fast service during the busy times. I'm only giving 3 stars because I was disappointed that they don't spray the car down first. Every other drive through we've been to does and when my husband asked that they pay particular attention to the drivers side the attendant laughed at him and walked away. Rude. Then we were disappointed by the lack of leather sprayed on the car. The car wash was okay but the rudeness of the attendant made for an unpleasant experience. read more

This has to be the greatest car wash ever. I was usually never a giant fan of car washes because they never came out as clean as when it is done by hand. Now you can't tell if it was the wash or if I did. The owner uses top quality car chemicals and has all state of the art equipment. The prices are also competitive or much cheaper than most. A standard wash $3 and he offers monthly options as well. In addition, there is free vacuums with every wash and plenty of room to park without being on top of other people. The owner is a young guy who is very energetic and happy and seems to enjoy hearing when he has a pleased customer base. Because of that, his employees are just like them and they always have a smile on their face when they welcome you. My only issue is that it is a very narrow turn going into the car wash which makes it easy to biff your tire off the curb. So just drive carefully. Overall great business and happy something like this is in the area. I just wish he had one closer to Georgetown, Ma. read more

I am glad I read the previous reviews. This place is awesome. You drive up to an automated machine, pick your wash, wait for the gate to go up and the people to guide you in. Takes a few minutes thru the entire process but when you're done, you get to vacuum your vehicle for free! How can you beat that deal? I drove in for a $3 wash after the last snow storm. My truck was covered because I hadn't been all winter. The wash cleaned it back to the beautiful navy blue color. read more
