Our waitress was also the bar tender. It's a very small establishment, but the service was good and friendly. I wouldn't say this place is on the map for the ambiance. Expect small time bar/hunting lodge vibes (before you arrive or you might not get out of the car). They have a few slot machines, several four tops (tables), and a small bar to sit at. No frills here; it's comfortable, they have some TVs showing game shows, and typical bar art hanging on the walls. Five stars for food and service.

This store is dirty and you get that dingy feeling when you walk in there but hey what do you expect, you're walking into a liquor store so I don't really mind it... I have used it here before and there was once where it did not work and the manager let me key in the card. The college aged young man was quite rude, unhelpful and when I asked as it kept not reading the card if it was ready to accept the Apple Pay was met with "I don't know I just work here." When I asked if I could key it in, as I had before. "No we don't do that." I asked if I could speak to the manager. "No he's not here." Really rude and unhelpful luckily my fiancé had cash on him so we could pay for our snacks. Really poor attitude and customer service. If you work here than you should know how your machines work.

Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience visiting the Board Room for the first time, and most of the issues lay in the fact that it was severely understaffed, with only one employee working every single station in the place - registers, drive-thru, drinks, and making food. This poor girl could not handle a small rush of 8-10 customers. We waited at least 30+ min for our coffee and probably another 15 min for two breakfast sandwiches. Their menu is impossible to find online and they don't have any social media updates indicating seasonal options. Even once you get inside, the menu is on three screens on the back wall, and difficult to read due to tons of options and small print. My biggest issue, however, was the fact that there were absolutely zero descriptions of any of the drinks! Many of the specialty drinks had fun names, but no clue what was in each one. I certainly did not want to stand at the register asking the only employee to explain each one. Went with the cold brew flight, which was also disappointing. You choose 4 different syrups and have them topped off with like 2oz of cold brew and whip cream. I guess if you hate coffee and want something super sweet this might work, but I couldn't taste the cold brew at all (also an indication it wasn't very strong). My husband got a s'mores mocha, which was delicious, but took 35 min to receive. Breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels were tasty, especially liked the chipotle mayo they give you as a sauce on the side. If I'm going to wait 45 min for food though I would go out to brunch at a nice sit down place instead. Don't stop here if you're in a rush to get anywhere.
