Worst customer service ever. I have been driving up to this Race Trac for years from Delray Beach and was a member of their rewards program. Being reitred & owning a hybrid I don't need much gas. But I have tried to redeem my points several times and no one there knows how to redeem the points and give me the discount I earned. Totday the manger, Raul was busy with someone and told one of the 3 girls standing around to give me a 2 dollar discount as he couldn't assist me at that time, so I gave her my card and went outside to fill my tank-and she only gave me 2.5 gallons-for 8.00. That was regular price- and i told her I wanted 7 gallons!!. Plus the sign outside says 3.09 per gallons but the tank changes 3.19 per gallon. During the day lines are long. Bathrooms are dirty. Coffee will make you sick. At night doors are locked during business hours. Drug addicts and panhandlers surround the doors waiting for unsuspected patrons to walk up thinking its open. All indicators show open, signs lights, etc. But doors are locked and no service is available. Contacted corporate. They don't care. read more

Traditional racetrac, great fountain drink collection, and fairly clean, one-person, gendered restrooms. Convenient location right off of I-95. Gassing up here seems popular as every pump had a line. Customer service was fair in my opinion. read more

So, I come here fairly often and I always see the women getting harassed with nonsense but they're always present and they do a wonderful job of shaking it off. I went in at night and the store manager (since 2014) was at the register having a conversation with his co-worker. This manager continues to carry on his conversation whilst ringing out my purchases WITHOUT even acknowledging my presence. I wait about a minute to see if he'll even look at me (he doesn't) until he finishes ringing me out, barks my total and waits expectantly. I RECOGNIZE your job isn't easy, and I understand retail isn't the dream job one aspires to as a child but I also work in customer service and there's no excuse to behave like a dismissive twat. This is not your usual gas station/convenience store. The people here are friendly, down right nice and that is a refreshing change to almost every other competing business in their category. Bravo! This station gets packed and I've seen folks come to blows here over who was "next" at a certain pump. Usually the cheapest gas in a couple of mile radius. This gas station probably has the cheapest gas in Boynton Beach. It has maybe 6 stations/12 pumps which is very good to have because it does get busy there during the day. The store is very clean and always has fresh donuts, cookies, coffee, novelty ice cream, and great selection of snacks. Employees are courteous and remembers their repeat customers. I always feel safe coming here, even to use their air pumps for my tires. read more

This gas station always seems to have a problem. The last five out of five times I've been there the gas pumps do not work properly. I've tried three or four different gas pumps and either the credit card machine doesn't work and you have to walk inside, or The nozzle keeps clicking off. Or even worse sometimes the gas nozzles leak on the ground or on your hand or on your car. I've seen other customers upset with the gas pumps and leave the place before they even get a full tank. I would say the majority of people want to get their gas and go, not play around with the gas pumps. The owner should make sure that everything works every morning before things get busy. The coffee is not always fresh like it should be and the food does not taste good. The staff is usually talking amongst themselves and not paying 100% attention to their customer. ***BEWARE*** very dangerous location to enter and exit and drive around in. Very little room to maneuver. Very little parking. And a lot of traffic. Also almost impossible to leave wanting to go in the direction of Woolbright Rd., East. read more

AVOID PUMP 12!!!!!! This is the only notice you'll get because they don't tell you that the nozzle is broken and that you'll get gas all over the side of your car and possibly you as it would overflow and spray everywhere. And to add to it, the sarcastic, blonde manager chick (wish I had her name) didn't make it any better as she brushed us off because she was supposed to end her shift 15 minutes prior to us going to speak with her. This is like the best convenience store in Miami Dade County. The convenient store is huge and has a really great assortment of coffees and beers and breakfast and snacks and drinks. Got coffee from new computer coffee machine and it was horrible instant chip coffee. It was in Lakeworth Racetrack station.

This is possibly the worst Ractrac I have visited. Half of the pumps were out of service with no fuel, and the ones that had fuel weren't functioning to take payment at the pump. Inside EVERY SINGLE fountain drink was out of service. All of them. There was ONE attendant behind the counter to deal with the large line caused by everyone having to come in to pay. Absolute worse gas station I've been in. It is close to me and convenient but I hate it every time I go . It's filthy, you are lucky to find a pump that actually works. There is always a traffic jam there because people are backing up to try to find a working pump. Today the first pump I went to was yellow taped at the nozzle, the second the touch pad was missing, the third didn't accept credit cards. This is consistently among the worst gas stations in the state of Florida. Although it is the closest gas station to our home, we drive past it to get our gas. Most of the time you cannot pay at the pump because the card readers are down. When you are able to pay at the pump, you still have to go inside and wait in line to get your receipt because the employees are too lazy to replace the paper tapes at the pump. In January of 2018, the employees advised that they had New Management and things should improve but here it is May 2018 and again today there was a sign on the pump that the card reader was down. Needing gas, I went inside and prepaid $40 for my pump. However once back outside, I was not able to pump any gasoline. I went back inside a second time and ask the clerk to reset the pump because I had prepaid. After a third trip to the pump I was still not able to pump the gas and the clerk announced on the loudspeaker that I would have to come back in and repay. The pumps are dirty and old and the location is poorly maintained, again because of the poor management. On a Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend during rush hour, they had one Clerk working the register and no other employees insight. The lines to prepay where all the way out the door. We will never return to this location under any circumstances! It is the same mess now as it has been for the past 10 years! read more
