Pulling into the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Pine Island and Sunrise feels a little like entering the opening level of an old arcade game called "Pedestrian Survival." The parking lot is absolute chaos. Cars cutting through lanes, shopping carts appearing out of nowhere, people backing out like they're qualifying for the Daytona 500... getting from your car to the front door becomes a real-life game of Frogger with groceries on the line. Once inside, the store definitely shows its age. It's older, a little worn down, and there's kind of a permanent "this building has seen some things" vibe happening throughout the place. The lighting feels tired. The floors feel tired. Honestly, parts of the store feel like they're just trying to make it to retirement. That said... credit where it's due. The prices are good, the selection is solid, and for a smaller format Walmart, they actually carry a pretty decent variety of products. If you're trying to knock out grocery shopping without paying Publix prices, this place absolutely gets the job done. The staff? Nobody was rude, but there's definitely an atmosphere of "I am physically here, but emotionally I left two hours ago." It's not hostile... just very low-energy. Like the entire building collectively needs a vacation. At the end of the day, this Walmart is basically the definition of average. Not terrible. Not amazing. A little dingy, a little chaotic, but useful and reasonably priced. Clean grounds and decent price per gallon just over $4.00. The pump at the begining had a slow airy flow but evened out at the end. Inside was spotless and self-scanned my losing FL Lotto ticket. The gender assigned bathroom had two yellow caution towers in the center of the room for wet flooring. Still required some TLC, but it was probably used often. read more

Wawa's so unique. Yes it's a gas station, but where else can you get an iced matcha, gas, and free air for your tires? This is a nice Wawa with 16 gas pumps and a clean store inside selling coffee, sandwiches, hot foods and even smoothies. Best feature..., free air for your tires. You may have to wait but it moves quickly. The gauge on the auto machine is off and usually about a pound lower than what it reads so check your tires before you leave. read more

Very busy south Boca WaWa and the gas price was fair at $4.19 a gallon. Easy to get in from the traffic light on 441. Compared to a Mobil or even a Race Trac the WaWa seems to be cleaner and has a cult following, maybe it's their coffee. read more

This Wawa has the worst coffee service in the Boca Raton area. Unlike other stores nearby, almost all the coffee is not replenished in the late afternoon, including decaf. It looks really bad too, when they leave up the coffee pots with the signs stating they're 'closed'. You'd think they'd at least keep the decaf filled, but no. Most people who prefer decaf drink it in the late afternoon/evening. I shouldn't have to explain why. I have to remember to stop going into this Wawa. read more

This is a good location and it was well worth my going into. I had a reward to use (a hot or cold drink any size). I went in and got a giant size diet coke. They were very nice because I didn't know if I should go to the cashier first or get the drink first. They told me to get the drink and bring it over. And then they scanned in my reward and voila! Easy. They have lots of sandwiches and snacks if you want one as well! There is gas at this location too. I have to say if you want to sit outside there is an area there as well. read more

With the exception of one time WAWA always seems to deliver when it comes to filling their Cheesesteaks with a good amount of ingredients where you're not getting mostly Bread. Both PUBLIX and JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS don't have the Meats and what you're paying for is Bread. Also most places sell LAME Cheesesteaks which cost $13 - $15 each. Stopped in here for a quick breakfast while on the road. Seemed pretty new, and was nice and clean. Plenty of kiosk options for ordering as well as friendly staff to assist you with any questions or concerns. The menu has plenty of options to choose from for food and beverages. So many delicious hot and cold coffee options. Self serve for the hot coffee and a cold milk and cream bar as well! I loved their options! Whole milk, skim, creamer, half and half as well as low sugar and reduced fat options too! Plenty of sugar choices to choose from if that's you thing. I ordered a black cold brew with cold foam and a bagel with cream cheese. My receipt printed from the kiosk and I went to the cashier to pay. They have self checkout options as well. Once I pad for my order it was ready for me to enjoy at the counter. Coffee was excellent and I wish I had ordered a larger size! Wawa is an invasive species. And thankfully so. Invading my life is low gas prices and BBQ pork rinds that are out of this world. Keep in mind they have lots of MSG. This Wawa is very very busy all the time. However, unlike most inexpensive gas price locations, this place isn't sketchy and only halfway operational. There is plenty of gas to go around and a wide variety of empty calories to ruin any New Years resolution you ever made and turn all those LA Fitness gains into losses. I am amazed to see a convenience store/gas station of this size & also so crowded! People were waiting for fresh subs like they were waiting in a line for a Disney attraction. This is one stop shopping without a doubt. So many choices of coffee (both iced & hot) fresh made to order sandwiches, snacks (both healthy & not healthy) & just about anything else you would need, including inexpensive gas! Cases of water, lotto tickets, beer, you want it & they have it. You order your sandwich from a kiosk. You can make it anyway you want. Within a few minutes they call your number to pick it up in the deli. I was dying to try one, but I have lunch plans, so another time. Outside seating is available & they are open 24 hours. Tons of parking is available in their huge parking lot too. Employees are super nice. I met a guy in a NY Jets shirt & it turned out he was from NY (obviously). He just got out of the gym so he wouldn't let me take his picture & he was not the manager (he introduced me to the GM), but he definitely had authority, owner, investor, I really don't know. Down to earth & very friendly, in fact all the employees were awesome. I love this place! Next time I'll get lunch & eat outside. Really looking forward to trying one of their flavored iced coffees & I heard the food is delicious. I'll update once I come back a second time. Although the store was clean, the manager Cristina was uncaring and rude. The self checkout machines both needed to be reset to cancel Purchases and she came out with attitude saying she didn't have time to do it right now so I needed to get back into the line. The line was very long and there was only one cashier. I had already been waiting for 9 minutes for them to even start my drink order because they wouldn't make it until it was paid for. All in all I waited over 20 minutes for my one frozen coffee: They also had one person making the coffees. Very understaffed for a Saturday lunch hour. Ok, I too bought into the Wawa hype and drove all the way to Parkland from Coral Springs especially to see what this here thing is all about. Well... it's alright. Ok, a little better than alright. I gassed the car and took advantage of the convenience store and it's many perks. Coffee was a buck, not matter the size, so of course I got the gallon size (not quite but close) and I also got myself an omelette wrap. Ordering through the touchscreen menu was fun. It took me a little bit to catch on (after erasing my order twice) then I waited... and waited. When I asked the person at the prep counter she informed me I had to pay at the cashier and then they would make my order. It would help if there was a sign, or it they would let you know after you finish your order in the screen thingy. I wasn't the only one. When I asked,another two people went to the cashier with me, they apparently were waiting without paying too. The coffee was good, but the wrap was just OK. I didn't eat it there, I took it home with me. Maybe had it been hotter, I don't know. I just don't see what the big deal is. This is just a gas station that serves food. I will have to try their subs. They may blow me away, but for now,is just an A-OK place. Now, as far as the gas station part is concerned. It does have an edge over it's competitors. The newest Wawa in South Florida, right on the border of Parkland, and West Boca. Philly has finally come to Boca; every time I go in, someone is wearing an Eagles shirt, or a Flyers hat, so you know it genuinely attracts us originally from up north. I was here for the Grand Opening, and the one thing you notice as you pull in is the parking; there is a lot of it. The roads in and out of the Wawa aren't the best, but lots of spots to park, even when it's crowded. The opening week has a lot of deals here. Grand Opening Week - All Shortie Hoagies $2.99 - Any Handspun Milkshake $1.99 - Free Any Size Coffee - $2.55 Unleaded Gas. I know it's brand new, however an overlooked fact of this Wawa, and many other, is the cleanliness. Many other convenience stores are dirty, this place ain't. Everything is well maintained, and it never seems like this is just a place you go in after you get gas; it seems more like a destination for food. Wawa has the edge on Publix in terms of the process in making their hoagies. In the time it would take someone to order a single Publix sub, Wawa can put out multiple orders with many items. Hoagies, milkshakes, quesadillas, soups, you name it; Wawa can put it out really quickly. This Wawa has at least 8 order stations where you can punch in your order. Stopped by Wawa this morning to grab a quick breakfast. It was really nice inside, very clean, friendly staff and very quick to get in and out. I tried a breakfast burrito with egg whites which I constructed myself on a kiosk, which is really cool. Breakfast burrito was pretty good and by the time I printed out the ticket after creating it. It was already ready by the time I paid which was awesome. By the register they also have hot sandwiches and actually saw a chicken empanada so I thought I would grab one just for bite to see how it tasted, not bad, but would probably stick the the burrito. I think this is a really nice spot and they have a huge assortment of other stuff you can choose from as well. Prices are also very reasonable. All in all. I think Wawa is a winner and will be back. read more

Whatever. It's still a damn gas station. Wouldn't come here during the day with other choices available. As a late night thing, I guess I see what the kids like about it. The sandwiches are okay. Definitely need to order the cheesesteak toasted otherwise it comes out cold (meat also cold) and cheese unmelted, so prepare to microwave it when you get home if you don't get it toasted. Italian sub comes out freezing cold, I'd prefer not to eat it immediately and give it 10 or 15 minutes to take the chill off. Six inch shorty roll sandwiches (not double meat) are small personal sized subs, a normal sized person could finish it easily. Rachel got the tuna on rye and pronounced it decent. The convenience items such as the yogurt parfaits and fruit salads looked better than the sandwiches so at least you don't have to resort to eating total crap late at night. The ordering touch terminals are annoying with their timeouts and worn digitizers and they crash. I understand the need for order expediting but their technology is crap. read more

I topped off my tank yesterday for a total of $33 using my debit card; today the bank emailed that Wawa had placed a hold for $175!!!! $142 above the actual amount spent; which placed me on a bind (I live on a budget) The bank informed me that this hold can last from several hours to several days! the transaction was yesterday and I still do not have access to MY money (142$) this could be disastrous for someone on a budget if in addition, overdraft charges for an additional charge is made. this should be illegal, but it is not! i do however have the choice of not patronizing this business and making sure no one else does! read more

Wawa has warmed my heart since they moved into Florida. I wanted to say how friendly the cashier was the night that I went (9/29/20) and to the person making sandwiches who joked about ticket 408 having an excess of chipotle, you both need raises right now. Wawa offers competitive gas prices but what you will really like is the convenience type store/restaurant inside. This location has been my favourite up to now and I live in Miami, so that should give you and idea. Keep up the good work. Wawa is a new to south Florida chain that has been popping up over the last year. The cult like following they have over their sandwiches made me curious to visit. This location is brand new, clean, and quite large. They have the typical gas station snacks (chips, candy etc), a HUGE walk in beer cooler, grab and go food items, baked goods, and the made to order sandwiches as well as coffee drinks and shakes. You order via touchscreen for sandwiches and most coffee drinks. I ordered a meatball sub which was crazy inexpensive at 4.49. A slip prints out in which you bring to the cashier to pay. Then go back to the sandwich counter to wait for your number to be called. It was pretty busy for 2pm on a Sunday and i probably waited 15mins for my sandwich. I didn't mind but worth noting. As far as my sandwich was it the best meatball sub i have ever had? not by a longshot. But it was pretty darn tasty, fresh, and a great price- esp for a gas station. When comparing apples to apples in the gas station/convenience store game Wawa definitely is lightyears ahead of the competition. read more

Started off strong but has steadily gone down hill. Coffee is good... when they have it. Repeatedly out of regular and when tell the employee it's as if you're bothering them. Coffee bar has a lot of options but if you don't get there by 8:00 am it's often a mess with sugar and creamer everywhere. Breakfast sandwiches are ok but you often have to wait 10 plus minutes to get them and they're messy. Not good for eating in car when you're on your way to work. The checkout lines are long and there seams to be no organization regarding which lines are open. Employees appear to be given too many responsibilities. For example, the person working the coffee bar clean-up is also responsible for one of the checkout lanes. Bottom line, both areas suffer. If you come in off of southbound R.7, you have a sharp turn that puts you behind the building; otherwise you turn at the light and have to make two tight rights before approaching the bays, and it is impossible to see which are clear. With Florida drivers, this quickly becomes dangerous. Nevertheless, their prices have so far been consistently lower than the nearby Mobil and Chevron competitors and more aligned with, and sometimes beating, the Cumberland Farms up a mile on R.7. read more

Good prices on gas and other fuels, compared to others in the neighborhood. They prepare all their food to order, and it's fresh and tasty.

It was nice. I went with my dad. We didn't get gas, just to check it out and then we ended up getting food. We both got paninis that were tasty and filling. I got an iced mocha macchiato that was tasty. It wasn't overly sugary or too strong of coffee flavor. It was just right. The food did take a while to come out, but we went the day after Christmas, so that's probably why. The staff was nice and helpful since it was our first time. Seating wasn't super dirty. It was all outside and since they were busy I doubt they had time to clean it too often. Regardless, it was rather clean. Trash cans were easily accessible, which was good. Parking was easy to find. They have more parking than the average gas station. The prices weren't too bad. About 8 bucks for a sandwich with no side or drink included. Which as I said, isn't bad if you're getting something on the go. The food tasted fresh and was full of flavor. A nice side option to traditional fast food. Everyone loves Wawa but yesterday I was in Palm Beach and should have gotten gas. The price here in Parkland was 20 cents more per gallon.
