The store itself is somewhat small and has a somewhat dingy feel about it. They have all the standard gas station convenience store staples you'd expect to find when it comes to drinks and snacks. In addition to these items, they interestingly enough, had a hand full of slot machines against the back wall. Drink was fine, but kind of odd that the snack we got just didn't taste as fresh as we would have liked. Kind of get the impression some of the stuff may sit on the shelves for a bit before it sells. All in all it accomplished what I needed, got me a drink. Other wise no frills, gets the job done.

I popped by on my way from Atlanta to Nashville, as I figured gas prices would be fair here and I enjoy a good RaceTrac. As expected, gas was fairly priced and cheaper than the other spots I scoped off of nearby exits, not by much, but a few cents per gallon adds up. I popped inside for the restroom and a drink. The store is well kept conditionally, laid out well, bright and fully stocked. Features the expanded kitchen, hot food area, coffee station, yogurt area and self serve drinks. I scooped up an iced coffee and sweet tea for the road, both solid options. Service was good, the cashier was friendly and chatty. Only gripe is cleanliness, inside and out, and mainly debris on the ground and floors from the parking lot to the aisles of the store to the restroom. Overall, I enjoy me a good RaceTrac and this one checks off all the things I enjoy about it!

They force you through a gated lot where they threaten to charge you after two hours. Overnight is $25 for a filthy, garbage-strewn, poorly lit lot up a hill. Highway robbery. I arrived at 8:45 AM, checked in, and was told they'd call me when it was my turn. The shop was EMPTY. One tractor inside. Meanwhile, three or four employees stood around the desk, laughing and chatting like they had nothing better to do. No sense of urgency. No professionalism. I waited in my truck for an hour and a half before leaving, because I wasn't about to pay just to sit there while they did nothing. When I left, the shop was still EMPTY. And let's be real, the people they've got representing this company say everything about its standards. Tattoos all over their faces and necks, acting like they couldn't care less about the job. If management thinks that's acceptable representation, no wonder this place is a dump. Don't waste your time, your money, or your patience here. This shop is a disgrace, the lot is disgusting, and the staff is a reflection of exactly why this place is falling apart. Management should be embarrassed to even keep the lights on.

There is a cold air conditioning unit struggling to cool off the store but you want to vomit from how hot it is. Several of the drinks in fountain express were carbonation only, no syrup. So you are still paying regular price for gas which makes no sense. If you said I can save at the pump that's where I want to see my saving not at the register. So it's a waste of time, should just save points for snacks at least you can see the difference.

Newly opened QT just off of 75 on GA-20 in Cartersville and what a welcome sight that red and white…read more"QT" was! The location is so new it hasn't even made it on the interstate exit signs. I love me a good QT, and you add it being recently opened and you got me all kinds of happy. The store is good size, laid out well and stocked with all the classic goods plus a solid variety of specialty items and of course all the roller foods, sandwiches and pizzas by the slice. If single serve isn't your thing, they got you with the QT Kitchen menu. One thing I love about the new QT's is the coffee station, which now features a wide variety of coffee by the tap! Gas prices are the best on the exit, which is normal for QT. Service was solid and friendly. Store was of course in good condition and was kept very clean. Overall, wonderful addition to this exit! Happy to know it's there now, will definitely be a consistent spot when on the road in or out of Atlanta.
