This gas station/convenience store was within walking distance from the garage where I was stuck with car repairs. The inside is large, full of hot/cold beverages of all types as well as cold snacks, sandwiches and hot roller grill items. I selected a bun from the steamer bin, (steam bin not on), and added my preferred condiments. I selected a beverage and a bag of chips to round out my meal. I must confess: I am pretty dependent on caffeine! Especially when I need to drive South. I was so happy to find this RaceTrac just East of I-95 on Hypoluxo Road. I was so impressed with the coffee station! Racetrac had several machines with 3 different types of coffee beans on top; the beans are ground on the spot for each cup! The touchscreen was easy to use and very helpful. I appreciate how many details it showed when selecting which type of coffee to choose: it showed, caffeine level and a couple of other qualities. Guess I only selected based on caffeine level, because I can't remember the other qualities! I really loved that they offered a selection of 'leave space for creamer,' and then left a generous amount for creamer. This machine was designed for me! The creamer station is dreamy. Multiple full bottles of a multitude of creamer selections in ice. Yes! Full bottles of half and half? And a bottle of whipped cream?! Yes again. I selected a large coffee, which was priced under $2. For self serve, freshly-ground, creamers galore, I found this super reasonable! I also used the restrooms here; they were clean. This Racetrac location is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been to. I came in to get some gas of course but also to see if they have some good little snacks to eat on and on my way back home. This locations hot food was not working so got some chips and a smoothie. The floor was really sticky as someone has not mopped the floor pretty much all day. When I went to get checked out the associate was not paying attention. Eventually I get checked out and I proceeded to my car to pump I guess. When I went to go pump the gas it didn't load up that I paid so I went back into the gas station and the other cashier didn't wanna deal with me because he didn't want to have any issues and then there was another gentleman that was fixing the grill and it even bother to see if everything was OK. The associate that rang me up Came back from apparently using the restroom and then he ever remember the transaction I had with him. The gentleman that was working on the grille Finally came over and file my transaction but the money for the gas was at the wrong pump. Never been so upset at a Racetrac location and probably will never go here again. read more

I typically don't review gas stations, convenience stores and the likes because the majority function on an as expected model. Racetrac is different. A good different. Several months ago I started to utilize this Racetrac location. Typical functional basics: pump your gas, receive rewards and carry on. The difference is in the inside. Racetrac offer a crazy amount of drink options of both the frozen and liquid persuasion. The already prepared food options are much more in abundance and variety. From sandwiches to ice cream with 40+ toppings, you can't lose. I watched in both awe and admiration as a man conceptualized then built the most epic hotdog using the available condiments. Sure you have the regular options, ketchup, mustard. However they kicked up! Spicy Brown mustard, Memphis BBQ sauce, various hot sauces, saurekraut, banana peppers, diced tomatoes. Very impressive!! The service is also always at a higher quality then competitors. The prices for both fuel and convenience items are reasonable and make them my first choice!! read more

Wow, impressive find while road tripping! Opened in 2015, this RaceTrac gas station that boasts over 6,000 feet of items for your comfort and convenience. It has indoor and outdoor seating, an expansive coffee bar that has six blends of coffee that smell insanely good when you walk in, a 24-hour, yes 24-hour Swirl World Frozen Yogurt Bar that has 10 flavors and more than 40 toppings. The standard nachos and hot dogs too, along a serving station that was shiny and clean. Many fresh foods if you need an on-the-go snack- like sandwiches, flatbread wraps, salads and fruits, plus the largest selection of slushies and slurpees i've ever seen. There are four or five brewed herbal iced teas to choose from, lotto, and of course, gas. If you need it, there's free WiFi. read more

I rotated for medical school near this gas station and the gas is sooo cheap compares to high priced Delray Beach where I stayed. Nothing against Delray, but gas is certainly cheaper here. I think I paid around 2.20 a gal. They even have a club that will reduce gas cheaper. A handy ATM is inside which I actually used when the hurricane was coming last fall. I absolutely love Wawa! However, this experience was not good at all! I had a coupon for a free 32 oz drink. The cashier said the scanner would not accept it. I said it is good until 12/31/2020. Cashier rang it up and ask for money. I said it's free! She started arguing with me. I just took the coupon and drink and went over to the lady behind the drink/coffee counter and told her my problem. She said no problem and walked to manager who took care of it. The I pre-ordered subs and paid online. Went to pick those up and the person said hold on a minute, let me finish this sandwich. I said no problem. Then she starts another order!!!! I reach my entire arm in because she had the subs at the back of the counter area, and took my 3 subs. She said I was not allowed to do that. I said, they are mine and obviously you are too busy to give them to me. To which she ignored me and worked on the orders. Very RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS people! There is 18 gas pumps, ice cream, one whole side of the store is for a big beer walk in cooler, 10 different ice cream and yogurt favors with toppings and whip cream, 6 or 7 different coffee flavors with a coffee bar, and a open space with much selection, what more could you ask a gas station for? read more

I would give no stars if it was possible. This happened yesterday and I'm still very upset. I'm a white women and I was helping my 88 year old father and he needed gas. We stopped at the Racetrac at Hypoluxo and Seacrest. I went inside to pay since it was cash. There were 2 black girls working at the registers. I waited patiently for my turn. The black guy in front of me gets $20 gas and pays with cash. Then the cashier, Sharmel is her name, starts looking at her nails, looking at her phone and turns her back on me. I still wait patiently. Then she turns around and after a few minutes, she asks me if I'm ready. I said yes and walk up to the register and start to hand her cash. I say "$23 on pump 2". She's says "not happening". I said "excuse me?" I wasn't sure if I heard her correctly. So she says "I'm not selling you gas". I asked why and all she kept saying was "it's not happening " and she turns around with her back to me. Long story short, they were only allowing black people to purchase gas with cash. Saw it with my own eyes and experienced severe racial prejudice. Very sad in this day and age that we still have to deal with this. All because of the color of my skin. read more

Employee by the name of Khadiza was very rude to an older man because he was confused in regards to a formed line. Instead of taking the customer and making him happy, she was very ignorant and rude to him and kept telling him to go to the end of the line in front of everyone and embarrassing him. Respect your elders man, especially when he's a paying customer and why you have a job. Should be disciplined and made an example of to not treat a customer like that. The shift manager was on as well and it seemed like she was scared to say something too. The owner needs better personnel. read more

I filled up at the Racetrack at Hypoluxo and Seacrest in Lantana FL about 11:30 this morning (1488 Hypoluxo Rd, Lantana, FL) and wanted to wash my windshield. There was nothing but a puddle of mud in the bottom of the water bin. I went to the pump islands on either side of me to find water. There was none in either of those. Disgusting. read more

This place was super impressive. Clean, friendly staff, and excellent selection of everything you'd want a gas station convenience store to have, plus more. The self-serve frozen yogurt/ice cream section was very tidy and fully stocked, with 8-10 yummy flavors to choose from. I would go out of my way to get gas here just because of the quality of the store. Gas was also cheaper than most other places around. read more
