When I went inside, I could find an attendant, which I wanted to do to notify him/her that all of the windshield scrubber/squeegee stations were without water (except a miniscule amount which smelled awful), so not much to comment on service. This one has a rear entrance, which is a small but elite feature especially if you're on a discreet bathroom mission and don't feel like making a grand entrance. If you know, you know. The location is another win. It's tucked into a large plaza surrounded by other amenities and conveniences, making it an easy stop no matter what errands you're running. This morning, I removed one of the egg bites from the freezer and opened the sealed package. As I looked at it, I noticed something unusual on top of the egg bite. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a freeze-dried cockroach embedded in or resting on the product. I was shocked and immediately lost my appetite. I have preserved the product and its packaging and have taken photographs of what I found. At this point, I'm unsure what steps I should take next, so I'm seeking advice on how to properly report the incident and determine whether further investigation is warranted.
