Mom and me stopped in while shopping in the area. We needed a pick me up and it was a bit too hot outside for hot coffee, so we decided on the fresh brewed iced coffee and a few other snacks for our day out. Pricing is on par with WAWA or 7-11, but the quality of the coffee is much better in my opinion because it's brewed on the spot. The store is organized and clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely return here next time I'm in the area. read more

This Gas Station is open 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week! That's unheard of in the Gas Station world. Since it's in Seminole County not too far from the border of Orange County, it typically has a better price for gasoline than some of the stations to the south and is usually the reason we stop. We don't drive out of our way to go here as that would be insanity, but if we're heading out this direction and we know we need gas, we'll plan on getting it here. Occasionally, it's not cheaper than the stations near the house, but I don't recall seeing it higher. I don't think I ever went inside, but the Racetrac brand is usually spacious and nice. It's super convenient if you're heading north on Alafaya, but there's a light if you're leaving and heading south, so easy in and out regardless of the direction you're taking. read more

First time at this specific location, the store layout is nice offers a lot of variety and sitting. The coffee here is made fresh with the beans grinding in front of you to turn your coffee in to a magical goodness. My kids wanted a slushy the whole slushy area CLOSED then they were going to get a soda and it was CLOSED I was very disappointed because we were not able to get a slushy. The stores is kept pretty clean and the Checkout line moves pretty quick. Three stars for a big area that we wanted to get stuff from not working. read more

I've never been inside the store, always paid at the pump so this review doesn't apply to staff or the store. This is a pretty convenient location on the corner of Alafaya and Alafaya Woods. I stop here commonly as it's right next to my gym. They have tons of pumps, the lot is huge and easy to navigate. Convenient entrances off both streets since it sits on the corner. I started coming here because they typically have some of the better prices in the area. read more

This race track is conveniently located on Alafaya trail, basically across the street from both the Aldi and the Sprouts supermarkets. The gas is competitively priced and the inside has the usual convenience store items. The service was friendly and I was able to get in and out and on my way in a quick amount of time. read more

I always go here, and it is always a nice experience. The workers are extremely nice, and easy to interact with and one of them are so nice that they sometimes give us free drinks. I come here regularly , and some of the drinks for the icees sometimes are melted but theres a wide spectrum of flavors. read more

I come here regularly for the self serve Swirl World frozen yogurt. It's inexpensive and there are tons of flavors. The flavors are changed regularly. My only concern is that sometimes some of the flavors don't work. But I tell the employees and they immediately go to the machine to try to fix it. read more

Gas is available 24 hours, but the inside store is always closed after 10pm. There's always at least one person inside but the doors are always locked at every entrance. If the store is going to be closed every night, there should be a sign on the door saying so because it's misleading to say they're open 24 hours. read more

Highly disappointed. Being race trac faithful seeing how dirty the store is but the amount of things not in stock or ready for hot Sunday afternoon. Soft drinks lemonade out, most of the cake products out and then all the ice tea are bone dry. Take pride in your store but I even see we don't follow a dress code anymore either. read more

6:30 on a Saturday afternoon guy locks doors and is just hanging inside. This place is messed up. They never have paper receipts at the pumps, the frozen drink machine rarely works, now this is the third time in a month that they simply just close the doors. read more

Convenient location and I love the fresh grind coffee machines however, I'm waiting for the new RaceTrac to open on Redbug & Slavia to see if there will be employees with better work ethics, attitudes and respect while working with the public. 3 female employees at the end of the counter talking while customers are lining up and 1 guy (that appears to be new) alone on the register. Someone finally came and helped. Asked one of the females a question and get a snappy attitude/answer. Apparently in this store, it's okay to be off the chain RUDE to customers! Maybe they would be nicer and more comfortable in a Pine Hills store. No matter how convenient the location, I'm not spending my money in there to be spoken to like a piece of garbage! I'm done with this place. Also, a couple years ago I'm in there at 1am. The cashier is behind the counter sitting on the floor texting, not a care in the world of who is coming in the door. From the front it appeared like there were no employees inside at all. Looked like an open invitation for criminals. This is a very clean place and always have friendly, courteous staff! They typically have great prices for gas. Easy to get in and out of; you can enter from both Alafaya Trail and on Alafaya Woods Blvd; this is located just off of Alafaya Trail as you're headed towards Mitchell Hammock Rd. and just across the street from the Publix Plaza (same side of street). Since we live in the neighborhood located behind RaceTrac, we will take a nice walk there to have some frozen yogurt. Still a bit pricey but much more budget-friendly than the Fro-Yo places all around town. We have made quick meals off of their empanadas, which are hot and very reasonably priced. read more

The staff and customers are only 50/50 wearing masks properly. They were closed due to no staff availability undoubtedly because of their poor COVID measures. This place is unsafe and doesn't care enough about their community, staff or customers to enforce a face mask. read more

Very bad experience at the new Race Trac on Alafaya in Oviedo. Store #265 It Started Sunday morning, 7/6/2014 when I stopped to get gas. The pumps were not taking my card and said pay inside. I went in and put $40 on my credit card went outside and the pump still wouldn't start. I witnessed employees in and out of the building. As I went in they said the pumps were down and refunded a few customer cash and they left for another station.. Since I used a credit card they couldn't give me a refund. I waited 40 minutes for them to resolve the issue all the while with a car full of people up early and headed to the beach. After the 40 minutes of watching the employees scramble around, they handed me my receipt and said I would need to call to get a refund. So after 40 minutes, I have to call? Wow the burden is on the customer to resolve the issue!! The employees were never rude just seemed not trained and or permitted to do the refund. They should of never charged my card if the pumps were completely down. They gave me a specific extension to call. It was Sunday so of course no answer. I called Monday morning after another 20 minutes on hold; I got a customer service representative. He was friendly and said a supervisor would call me back. He did timely and said he would follow up. He called me back and said the charge should not go through but would take 5 to 7 days to clear. At that point he told me to stop by the store get my refund in cash and if the charge didn't go through I would be a head for the inconvenience. I waited 2 1/2 hours so he would have time to communicate to the store personnel. When by now as you may have guessed I stopped at the store and the employees knew nothing about the refund. I left again. I called Kevin and he forgot to call them!!!!! Really!!! This is a supervisor at this point. He assured me it would be resolved to go back to get the refund. This is now three trips and several hours wasted just to get gas and then a simple refund. Well today is the 9th and the charge did go through to my card. Misinformation and incompetence all the way around, beautiful store but I won't be back as a customer. WAWA is right down the street and that's where I will be going in the future. read more

This is a nice new Race Trac. Very clean and I have to say the coffee bar looks outstanding. I haven't bought coffee there yet but there looked like roughly 12 or more coffee dispensers. 16-20 different creamer selections and they weren't in those silly little cups either. they also have a frozen yogurt bar. While the toppings are plentiful and there is a great selection, I was slightly disappointed in the frozen yogurt selections. there are about 10 different choices but they were all variations of either vanila or choclate. there was one banana and strawberry but that was it outside of Vanilla or chocolate (or some variant). They also have a large selections of sandwiches to choose from. with thier awesome gas prices, its a must stop in route to where ever your headed. read more
