With such insightful guidance, I went with his recommendation of the double dragon, choosing the green tea and a shot of kava. Colton may have okay taste in English football, amazing taste in Italian football, but his choices in drinks are unparalleled. The drink was delicious, not too sweet, and perfectly balanced. If I'm being honest, this was the first time I actually felt the effects of kava. Outside, of Colton, the vibes are inviting and intimate, but not exclusive. The decor and music create a very relaxing atmosphere, which is conducive to the experience. There's a pool table and game room, a stage area, and a bar, in addition to all the couches and seats around. I didn't have any if the food this time, but they have lovely cakes and pastries, as well a pizzas and bar food. If the food is as well crafted as the rest of the place, I'll definitely be eating here next time. It's a bit of a journey for me, but the experience is well worth it. There was a good amount of people there around lunchtime yesterday. The aesthetic of this place is modern and clean and very Florida-seque. I went with the tuna poke wrap and loved that the server ask if you have any food allegories, something I got accustomed to being over in Europe. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, and when I received it I was very surprised. It was this huge wrap with a side of baked pita chips. The pita chips were kinda burnt, so they were a no for me. However, the wrap was on a whole wheat wrap with raw tuna, rice, avocado, veggies, and a side of a spicy aioli. It was like eating a poke bowl in a wrap form. The ponzu yuzu sauce made the fresh raw tuna standout. They filled the wrap with so many ingredients, I could only eat a half of the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the spicy aioli, only because it wasn't spicy. It did leave me wanting to sprinkle some sriracha on it. This place did exceed my expectations and I get the hype. I can't wait to come back to try the avocado toast and a smoothie.
