Well first off, I came in on a saturday because I had a check engine light on so I wanted to get it checked out. After they checked it, a bunch of codes came up and list some stuff that may be wrong with my vehicle. I was hoping some of it was covered under warranty but the one guy made me nervous because he was talking as like the warranty wouldn't cover it if this was the problem. But if its a engine problem, that should be automatic covered under warranty, regardless how the problem occured. So upon my arrival to my appointment, the spanish lady who also help me that saturday, I forgot her name, the first thing she says to me is, 'oh its you again' She says it like she was unhappy to see me. So thats a great start to believe that everything was gonna be alright and that I can trust Chevy 21 to believe they will tell me the truth that I would be covered under warranty if I had too. So as im talking to them and asking them to look at the codes from before so they dont waste time checking since its so expensive, and the spanish lady says with kinda a tone, ' if you like we can call you after 2 hours if you like? So im unhappy about that. Then I ask for my warranty information of my vehicle printed out and both the guy 'not Joe' and spanish lady ignored my question. I asked again and they ignored the question again. So here im thinking if im covered under warranty, they are not gonna tell me and make me pay. This is by far the worst experience I ever had and almost never wanna get my services done here anymore and just get rid of my chevy cruze and tell people not to buy from your dealership because thats not how you treat your customers. Everytime I come in to get my services done, I just go to Joe when I walk in because hes extremely professional and talks well with the customers. He greets you when you walk in and says goodbye when you leave. Hire more people like Joe who wanna be there and work and not be miserable and so defensive to the customers when they have a simple question. Im sure when this gets back to them, they will tell a whole different story but I wouldnt waste 20 minutes on my cell phone at work writing this when im not suppose to be on it. Im saying this at work now because my mind is still fresh and ive been waiting for this guest satisfaction survey because my experience was horrible because the way they treated me. I had to call GM myself and get my to get my warranty information and thats pretty bad if my own dealership cant. Yes when the guy called me back, he explained that my drivetrain warranty ended which I understand. But this whole survey could of been avoided if they would of gave me my warranty information when I asked for it 2 times. read more

I am trying to write a different review for all of these sites. The only problem that I have is that the reviews all say the same thing...HOW AWESOME CHEVY 21 is! Seriously...my name is Chuck Satterlee. I run a youth football program in bethlehem, Pa. I am also a comic book writer and my credit is not the best. Ok...my credit is awful. However, our family vehicle was starting to die and we really really needed a van. I take kids all the time to practice and all over for that matter. We were very nervous when we approached the guys at Chevy 21. I'm not ashamed of the credit situation mind you...just that I wasn;t looking forward to the treatment I thought we would receive from a typical car dealership. Well..that is just it...Wayne, Mike and Charlie and the crrew at Chevy 21 are anything but a typical car dealership. They are great. They treated us very well and made us almost forget we had tough credit. I just can;t say enough about how they helped us to get into the van we needed at a price we could afford. I have had the opportunity to patronize the service department as well and I can say that they are also top shelf quality. On top of everything else, they are community minded. The dealership ended up sponsoring our league. I am a customer for life at Chevy 21. I said it before and I'll say it again...even if I moved a few hundred miles away, I would most likely travel to buy another car from Chevy 21. Thank you, guys read more

I purchased a Cadillac CTS from Chevy 21 back in February 2016 and had a wonderful buying experience. From the time I contacted the dealership from when I picked the vehicle up the process was easy and non invasive. My car had 260,000 miles on it so I was in the market for another vehicle. I called and spoke to Anthony and he told me about the car. I questioned the fact that it only had 9,000 miles on it but he told me that is was an estate sale. He sent me pictures a few minutes later. I told him I would love to see the car on Saturday as this was Tuesday and he asked me to put $100.00 down for him to hold the car. No problem with that transaction. I went there on Saturday and they let me rest drive the car for three days. I wanted to check the car out and have my mechanic look at it. My mechanic said if you don't buy this car I will. I dropped the car off after the test drive on Tuesday and told Anthony I wanted to purchase the car. He asked me if I had a trade and told him about my car. Without them even looking at it they gave me $1500.00 more than the blue book value. I went there on the following Saturday and purchased the car. I love it!!! What a great car. read more

I am not entirely sure why Yelp users are beating up Chevy 21. The Sales team, the service teams and everyone in between has been exceptional every time I need to see them. In fact, I called Chevy 21 to see what they could do to intervene when a good friend of mine coming out of state to visit me had hit something on the road and badly bent his rim and blew out a tire. He had his car towed to Chevy 21 and the owner, Jerry, went of his way to make sure his SUV had the new rim and tired ordered and the repair was done in 24hours. He even offered a loaner car to my friend. What's importatnt to note is that most dealerships would have recognized an out of state person as someone who is NOT likely to buy or have their vehicle serviced at their dealership so there was not a good business reason to extend this courtesy. This is a good example of good people doing the right thing to others. I sure hope others who have had a good experience start to write about it so this dealership can get out of the Yelp dungeon. I question the validity and relevance of Yelp as no other reviews for Chevy21 matches the yelp review. read more

February 4, 2012 Dear Chevy 21, I wanted to write and let you know how happy I am with my purchase in September of my new Cruze 2012!!! It is an awesome car! I absolutely love the Onstar feature. It has saved me many times already from getting lost as I am good at that! Lol! The XM radio is fun too. I really love the gas $$ I am saving since my last vehicle. Wow! What a difference. I only need to gas up every 2 weeks and it's only $35 to gas up. I especially want to thank the staff at Chevy 21. They were professional, helpful and quick to deliver new my car to me in one day!! It was nice getting complete instructions about everything, I felt so confident after. I got to know so many of your staff there, and immediately felt at ease and knew I was in the right place...Great atmosphere and a true positive experience. The Dealership changed hands again, a few old time Staff still there and are good-they carry the business. The new GM Alex is outstanding; he will breath new life into that location/they do need it. Most employees appearance's were professional-except one woman who appeared "off-the-tractor." She was from the business office and unlike the other workers who were conscientious of their appearance and looked like [they] actually worked there; this woman appeared to have rolled out of bed, threw on hear Brittany Spears wannabe jeans (actually they appeared older than Brittany), drank the last of last nights beer; then went to work. She had that biker worn out woman attitude to match. She was disrespectful, had a mouth like she was on Work Release; and nearly lost business for the Dealership. Alex would have none of that and I can believe he will rectify that weak link in the chain at that dealership. A few acquaintance's in the waiting room were in agreement; it's a small town. I have been to a bunch of dealerships in NJ and let me tell you, the service here in PA, was above and beyond any other service I have dealt with before. From the moment I walked in I felt at home and welcomed by Gina. Everyone here was very nice and willing to help you any way they could. The prices were very close to where I wanted to be in payment and I was able to walk out of this dealership with what I thought was a very great deal. My wife and I were very happy. It's worth taking the time to go out and visit. I am now considering trading in my car here because the service by far was the best. I will write another review once I make my next deal. :) hopefully it will be just as enjoyable as it was the first time. Let's not even start on the car buying process it's a scamming ass dealership!! Brian and his team, in the Service department, did an outstanding job in troubleshooting, replacing, and testing a computer sensor until they solved the problem. They engaged the support of GM's technical computer specialists, and together they resolved the problem -- which, knowing system architecture, can be quite an achievement, especially since this model incorporates Nissan technical architecture, which can be obscure even to the most experienced GM technician. Bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze. Jeff Y. was extremely nice and patient, and helped me find the range of what I was looking for. Test drove some cars and the deal was signed in about 5 hours. Walked in approved for a high interest rate from an online loan company and Mike T. found me a MUCH lower rate at the payments I could afford! I was very unhappy that I was charged 2 additional charges for reading 'codes' in addition to the 'code' reading done for my headlights, The additional $55 per reading ($110 total) could have been and probably was done without the tech removing and repairing the headlights because I received a call from service writer telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. I will probably not return to Chevy 21 to have any future work done. read more

I was not going to be able to afford the repair but the service member looked into the vehicle to see if there was a warranty that would cover the repair and sure enough there was.
