I highly recommend working with him; he is the best! ​Jonathan then referred me to Denis Hutta onsite, who was friendly, helpful, and saved me $300 over my current insurance company. Finally, I signed the paperwork with the finance manager, Bella. She was very friendly, put zero pressure on me, and helped me select the perfect warranty option for my needs. ​The entire team took their time and never rushed me, which I greatly appreciated. I had a very disappointing experience at Koch 33 Mazda. I've been waiting three weeks for the sales manager to send me an offer he claimed he already sent -- but he never did. He also low‑balled me, and when I showed him better offers from other dealerships, he made excuses about not knowing whether my car needed tires or brakes, even though they had my keys and had already appraised it. As a woman, I'm used to not being taken seriously at dealerships, but this was worse -- they wasted my time and still didn't give me a real offer. Koch review 1 Star I did end up buying a vehicle here, but only because I genuinely liked the car. If I had more time--or didn't feel worn down--I would have walked out. From the start, the experience was uncomfortable and pushy. I was asked to sign off on the title of my trade before being shown any numbers, which immediately raised red flags. I was also pressured to add auto insurance to the vehicle without seeing pricing or details first. When I said I wouldn't sign or agree to anything until I saw the numbers, I was met with eye-rolling and attitude. I was repeatedly pushed to add a $2,000 extended warranty, with constant excuses and fear-based reasoning as to why I "needed" it. The finance manager, JOHN, was rude, belittling, and dismissive, even going as far as snatching paperwork away from me during the process. At one point, after being talked down to, I said to JOHN "I'm not stupid." He immediately walked away and yelled back, "Don't call me stupid," which is not at all what I said. The interaction was unprofessional and hostile. I specifically told both the saleswoman and JOHN that I had a family issue I needed to tend to and that time mattered. JOHN made it clear he did not care and was openly rude to me about it. The overall treatment from several of the men there was shocking. It felt like a coordinated tag-team approach--talking in circles, applying pressure, and keeping me there for over six hours, clearly hoping exhaustion would make me do whatever they wanted. The saleswoman herself was actually nice, but it was obvious she's being influenced and groomed by JOHN and the other men sitting in the glass offices. She did send me an extra key fob, which I appreciated--but after everything I spent there, they wouldn't even spare the $100 to program it. What disturbed me most was overhearing a salesman aggressively pressuring an elderly woman into buying a car. It was upsetting to witness. I avoid dealerships like this for exactly these reasons, and I honestly don't understand how this location maintains a decent rating. If you want to be talked down to, pressured, and treated like you don't understand your own finances--especially as a woman--this might be the place. Otherwise, I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. There were other unprofessional things, but I've wasted enough time on them! There are plenty of cars and dealers out there. Spend your time on them. read more

I had a 12:15 appointment scheduled to test drive a USED navy blue GTI SE at Koch 33 Volkswagen of Easton, PA. I arrived early and Jacob was the salesperson who was pinch hitting the appointment for Bella, the SP who I was communicating with prior. First off, there is no navy blue GTI. She confused it with black ?(she even sent me navy blue GTI pictures, not sure what happened there). The black USED was being test driven (and sold while I was there). We test drove a new white GTI, came back inside, discussed how much money I would be willing to put down and then Jacob said let me talk to my manager regarding financing. I never saw Jacob again. After sitting there 15 minutes, I went to the bathroom, came back and the computer at my negotiating station was black. Oh, I guess we are done. It's' not that big of an office, but I wasn't about to hunt Jacob down. I left. The car was beautiful but you always remember how you feel. I work in retail management-all my life, I can understand anything other than apathy. I am disappointed. read more

I have been a faithful Mazda owner for decades. Anyone that wanted to listen knew of our 25 year old car that would not die. We traded that car in on August 23, 2025 for a new Mazda CX-30. This should be a time of excitement but it has been very disappointing and has left me concerned for my safety. Starting on day one there has been a string of electrical problems. Navigation, phone, radio, domelight and brake lights. The brake lights do not always work. I have parked it and will not drive this car. I am concerned what is next to go. I want Mazda to make this right and take back this hazardous vehicle. read more

BE WARNED (mind you I don't leave reveiws but this could not go undocumented): Unethical and inefficient, from Sales to Service: I have had the absolute worst experience purchasing a used vehicle from this unethical, inefficient dealership. It was a 2018 Rav4 that I told them I will be teaching my 16 year old daughter to drive in. Upon purchasing the vehicle and having it less than 2 days, I noticed the brakes squeak, take it in, they say they re-greased them, I take it back same trip home, brakes still squeak, a second time and they say they re-greased them again,,okay, so no actual check or anything else. Upon picking the vehicle up for the second time, mind you I have not had the vehicle a complete 2 weeks at this point, the next morning upon starting the vehicle the check engine light is on with and AWD System Malfunction message on the dash. Take it back in, this time they say they re-greased the rear brakes, and that the front wheel sensor was bad and they will take care of that but the AWD error, all of a sudden they find a large hole in the wheel well of the rear driver side and say that it's rodent damage and they aren't going to cover it. Now if I had rodents my other vehicles would have had damage much prior to this or I would have found droppings, not the case. So I have to pay $250 out of pocket, now mind you I own the car about 3 weeks at this point and it has been back 3 times. I picked this up yesterday. I go to start the vehicle this morning and guess what? Check engine light back on and AWD System Malfunction light back on. According to the dealership this is all my doing as it passed the initial emissions check. So now, not even owning it for 3 weeks, it will be going back 2 days after picking it up, for the same reasons I just paid out of pocket. It's still another month before I'm due to make my first actual payment. So here I am on a Saturday morning with the check engine light on, AWD system malfunction error and the best they say is can you bring it back Monday. How many days of work does this place expect people to miss? This is the most regretful purchase of my life. Do not do business with this disgusting company. read more

After speaking with Mazda fiancé about buying out my lease I was sent to Koch33 Mazda and was told they could help me with my buyout and financing, Koch Mazda they told me they had to "appraise" my car first, ( not sure why?, I wasn't selling it.) then they tried to get me to buy another Mazda. My lease buyout was under 14k but the numbers they quoted where almost 600 a month! No thank you. But then they told me to buy out my 14k car I had to buy a $3,500 service contract and another $1,000 in "fees" so my buy out per month was over $500 per month! All I wanted was a buyout loan nothing more nothing less. This place wasted almost 3 hrs of my time. I finally walked out. I would stay very clear of buying anything from this place. This place was much better when it was owned by Young. Now that Koch owns it they are thieves!!! Stay far away!!!! read more

I did not purchase my Miata MX5 here but took it to this dealer while under warranty for convenience. I had a defect in the navigation screen and they were ordering a new one and would let me know when it came in. No one contacted me. I had to contact them. Made an appointment to have this screen replaced, oil changed and inspection. I was waiting for the car in their showroom/waiting area. 3.5 hours later! YES! 3.5 HOURS! They tell me the car failed inspection because of nails in 2 tires. By this time I was so discussed with them, I told them I would take the car elsewhere for tires. I paid for my $96 oil change. After getting tires elsewhere, I went yesterday for the simple inspection to be completed. It passed first time, all but the tires. They made me wait another hour ( Yes I had an appointment). I have spent 4.5 hours at the dealership in 2 visits. No video was posted on my account as promised, my paperwork did not say what tires needed to be replaced. When I called to ask, the tech said, 'I THINK, it's the passenger side!' I won't go back there! read more

I just recently bought a vw atlas cross sport fully loaded R line for 51k and I've been to other dealerships and I wanted a top of the line one , some dealerships try and get you into something else and I'm so glad I chose young.. the had the car I wanted, and their salesman was the best..courteous and professional and just an all around nice guy.. broke everything down for me no BS straight forward and honest.. had some weird shaking and I took it to the service center and they quickly got out checked the car and all it was was ice, frozen slush which he removed with his bare hands and problem solved and he also graciously assured me that if anything was ever wrong or an issue not to hesitate to bring it in... simply a great dealership. After learning that my older vw needed major transmission work, I walked over to the Sales side of the dealership and asked to see new cars. The salesperson at the new desk took me over to the used department....ummm...I thought I said New Cars....I looked at a few cars, came back 2 days later and the second salesperson I worked with didn't look up from the lotto card he was scratching for 2 minutes before I had to tell him...If I am going to spend this much money here, I need you to look up from that...This sales floor is wildly unprofessional and I left my second day there discouraged and feeling like they looked down on me even though I can afford a new car. Frankly, the experience was insulting...he kept saying "It's cool because we're laid back here" I don't want a laid back salesperson. I want an eager, professional, attentive salesperson to listen to me and treat me with respect. Then I did go back and buy a new VW. The creepy salesperson kept me there until it was just us late at night and offered to give me a massage. He blatantly sexually harassed me. Then after I bought the car he JUMPED IN my new car and asked me to drive him to his car. VW did call me and apologize. But that was it. This place is THE WORST! Do not buy a car here. This happened at young Mazda in PA. I went on Saturday afternoon to possibly purchase a new cx5 carbon turbo and trade in my 2014 Mazda 3 i grand touring since I saw they had them in stock. I got there and there was no one to help me when I walked In. So I looked around the showroom for a bit and the two guys I. The glass offices saw me and did nothing. After about 10 mins I decide to walk through the lot and look at all the cx5s and cx30s. There was a sales person helping another couple who decided not to buy a car that day abs left. As the sales guy walked away I asked him if he he could help me as I wanted to buy today and he said he had to go check the rotation from his manager and he or someone else would be right out. We waited another 10 mins and no one came out. We went back and side and after 10 mins someone asked me if I was being helped and I said no but I've been trying to get help for 30 mins and. He laughed and said people often wait longer and then he paged the receptionist. 5 mins later she showed up and asked me the same thing and said the VW side of the dealership was really busy and she would try to find me someone one. 10 mins later my I was fed up and my son was tired from standing around for 40 mins with no sales help in sight so we left. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute horror. I was shopping with my parents in hopes of buying my first car. I had learned to drive on a 2008 VW Jetta, and I was looking to get another. We were "greeted" at the door by a Mr. Joe Braido, Jr. He seemed nice enough at first, asking where I had graduated college, my major, etc. He proceeded to tell us more than I ever cared to know about the Nazareth-Easton area, where he had grown up, attended college and raised a family. When he learned, through relentless interrogation, that my family is from New Jersey, his attitude immediately soured. It was as if he held it against us that we were not lifelong PA residents. When we told him we'd like to talk price, he separated me from my parents and showed me the garage and bragged about the dealership's history and the 40 bays available for vehicle service whenever. I did. not. care. Meanwhile, my father spoke to another salesman and told him that Braido needed to tone it down. Finally, when he made us offer, we respectfully told him it was a tad north of my price range and tried to leave. He became belligerent and started shouting at my father, who left the showroom first. Then Braido began harassing my mother, asking her if we had gotten a lower price in New Jersey. I said, "Sir, you're harassing my mother. Please be respectful and stop." He kept going, screaming that Young sells more cars than all other VW dealerships in the Valley combined. My mom was shaking afterward. Let me start by saying I have had VW's a long time. I have been using their service centre for a good few years. I have nothing bad to say about the service side of YOUNG VW. I went in with my wife to trade in my old VW for a certified pre owned. Nothing went right. WE were misled by the salesman from the very start. When I went to the preowned sales manager I was told bad luck you bought the car. When I went to the top sales manager I was told his people don't lie. In the end I walked away about 3 weeks later with no car and no trade in !! Just to get away from them. Every thing we were told by the salesman was contradicted at least twice by management. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT. Unfortunately the service department will never see me or 2 VW`s again. read more

However when I went in I genuinely felt like the salesman did not want to sell anything. He didn't listen to anything I had wanted in a car. He was unable to help me find a lease in my price range. I've been using Young to service my 09 Jetta TDI since I moved to the area. I put a fair amount of miles on the car (~30k+/year) so I'm there not infrequently. The VW service guys are great, never tried to up-sell me on anything, they actually talked me into waiting 10k miles to replace my tires one time... They have always had things done in about the amount of time they said (except one time when apparently the tire shop sent them wrong tires, I don't use the OEM ones so I guess I understand). I like the fact that they run the car thru a car wash on the way out... It's never super-duper clean, but it's a nice touch. Just looking at the reviews on the side here it looks like people reviewing the car salesmen... They are selling cars, if you don't feel like you got screwed after buying a car, that means you *really* got screwed... read more

I would strongly advise considering purchasing a certified Mazda at another dealership other than this one. First off because they co-share a space with their VW line so you may also be paired up with a used car salesperson that has limited knowledge of a Mazda car or SUV he/or she is selling. That surely was my experience. Despite that issue, I knew Mazda's product line and I purchased a certified 2016 Mazda Touring that included a 160 point check. However on delivery the Mazda I bought, touch key less entry was not working correctly so Young Mazda made me wait almost 2 hrs to fix the issue before I could leave their dealership with almost no apology for my wasted time. Then to make matters worse on the ride home which was over an hour away, the floorboard and accelerator pedals were vibrating due to improper tire alignment and balancing. Thus, I had to return the car the next day with little apology for their error. So I wound up purchasing another "Certified Mazda 3 Touring that had just the minimum done to it to sell it certified. Brakes were at 6 out of 10 and 5 would have triggered replacement. Original tires were on the car as well with minimal tread life left on each tire. It's fair to say they did the absolute minimum labor and conditioning to sell this "Certified Mazda 3 Touring 2016 with a high "Certified Pricing" I was so pleased that they at least changed the air filter and the oil! Wow talk about Certification! Young Mazda of course knew the trouble I went through and knew I drove over an hour and 15 minutes away 4 times to return and then repurchase another purchase a Certified Mazda 3 that wasn't properly serviced properly the first time. I would advise buying a Mazda from another dealership because they surely do not value taking good care of their customers and do the minimum labor possible in their service department to sell a high priced "Certified Mazda" read more

Purchased a Mazda 6 in Sep. 2015. Third new car I've purchased, but first Mazda and first time I've bought from Young. My sales lady was very nice (can't remember her name). First time I went in, we couldn't come to an agreement on price, but no hassling, no pressuring. Went a few days later to an Allentown Mazda dealership and had a terrible experience. Left that dealership drove right to Young's (they other dealership called 3x while we were driving to youngs and could now miraculously meet our price!) Young's was again very nice, helpful, but not overbearing. We came to a compromise on price (actually $9 more a month than what we asked at the Allentown dealer) and I bought the car very quick and easily. Walked out feeling good and have never looked back thinking I didn't get a good deal or was hassled. I take the car to the dealership for service b/c it's under warranty and my personal mechanic retired. I drive about 500 miles a week so I've been there quite a few times over the past year and a half. Jerry and Brad at the Mazda service desk have always been friendly and helpful. I always wait, and the service is quick and the lounge comfortable. I had to get a tire replaced after hitting a bad pothole last winter, I asked if they didn't mind just looking the car over for other damage, they said no problem. Randy Moyer came out and got me from the lounge and showed me my two bent rims while the car was on the lift in the bay. I appreciated that instead of them just telling me what was wrong. He gave me some info on the potential issues of not fixing the tires and how to get the rims fixed, did not pressure me to buy new rims or get service done there (was able to take the rims to a speciality shop for repair a few days later). When I took it for inspection, I had a rock hit where the inspection stickers are and you couldn't see the chip. When the mechanic went to scrape off the old sticker, the window cracked. They brought me back into the bay again and showed me the windshield and were very apologetic. They resolved the situation perfectly and I'm very happy with how it was handled. Since I moved to PA I have only had my Beetle serviced at Young Volkswagen-Mazda. When it was time for a new car I knew it would be a VW Bug so I called Drew in sales at Young. He worked hard and found me the perfect New Beetle! He did a fantastic job and had everything ready to go when I took delivery. He explained the features very well, which wasn't easy because I kept calling people with my car Bluetooth! For my 2017 Jetta, I recently reserved a spot for a 20k oil service and inspection as well as requested a tire rotation. 15 minutes before my appt I get a phone call asking when I'll be there (I was 5 minutes away) and am told that I should not have been allowed to schedule that appt online for such a late time. He acted annoyed and like I was inconveniencing them. When I get there, they tell me the quote for the online price was wrong and tried to tell me the service I requested was actually $150 more than what I expected. I ended up only getting an oil change and tires rotated. I will not go back to this dealership again. I'm also accustomed to getting service surveys from previous VW dealerships after my appt is completed...I did not receive one from them, which I found interesting after the way I was treated. read more

Elizabeth, John, and staff made my first car buying experience much better than expected and so easy for me. They didn't take advantage of a first time buyer, but instead were very accommodating and patient. They helped my dad and I get to a price we wanted and let us take the extra time to switch credit unions when we found one that would give a lower Interest rate than our original. I originally walked in looking for a certified Mazda 3 hatchback but that day in particular there wasn't one that 100% met my needs. We asked Elizabeth if they had any small suvs instead, and she found me the Mazda cx 5 AWD that happened to be on special that day. I took it for a test drive and fell in love. I had wanted an suv but didn't think I'd be comfortable in one until she suggest the cx 5 for me and it was perfect. Her and John the business / finance manager got everything set up for us and she even came in on her day off with her daughter for me to pick up the car on a day that worked for me. I ended up walking out with a car even better than what I originally wanted that was still in my budget, with the payment I wanted including the bumper to bumper warranty. I drove home the happiest girl in the world thanks to them! They were also extremely quick and efficient, made everything super easy and worked around my tight work schedule. Several years ago I purchased a VW Jetta TDI from Young's. By the time all of the financing paperwork was finished it was dark out. As I began driving my new car home, I realized that the fuel tank was empty. They sold me a vehicle with an EMPTY fuel tank! Not only was I unable to find ANY fuel station that was actually open, but to add insult to injury, I ran out of fuel in the middle of nowhere. Can you imagine? A lone female on the side of the road with a fuel-less vehicle? I was completely stressed out and had to walk pretty far, in order to find a spot where my cell phone would work. Finally, a friend came over to pick me up 40 minutes after I called him and then the next day I had to pay a taxi to bring me back to the car with some diesel. The salesperson at this dealership was much more interested in my money than my safety. I could have been raped and killed on the side of the road. I wasn't even going to write a review, but now they have the gall to send me junk mail, clogging up my mailbox. They have got some nerve. read more
