The bathroom door lock did not work in the bathroom was dirty. I asked about the microwave. The man pointed out into the store. I had to walk three times around the area before I found the microwave hidden behind a cold case. The man never smiled. The prices were higher than I would've expected. read more

A fuel stop and pit stop inside. Raceway typically has great prices on gasoline and this one was no different to the tune of 13 cents cheaper on regular than the BP across the street. The pump area was pretty clean with minor debris. Wash and towels present and thank you as needed from the road miles. The pumps noticeably old but worked. However. When you have a 40 gallon tank it would tick any customer off to not have the handle clicker work to pump automatically. This would have saved me at least 10 minutes while I washed and went inside. Once inside I bypassed the convenience items. The restrooms are to right rear. The men's room was locked up so I darted in the women's when available after a several minute wait. Debris was on the floor and the stool was dirty. A wad of toilet paper from a previous customer was in the bowl and would not flush. The faucet only worked on cold and was low pressure. They did have soap. So anyway. If your looking for no frills cheap gas with a dirty restroom and convenience store items this is your place. 2.5, rounding down. read more

It looked like a nice spot for a gas and restroom stop, but it was actually so gross. The women's bathroom reeked like urine and there was pee soaked toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. I didn't want to touch anything. One entire wall of coolers was warm, the wall that had their beer and Gatorade and Red Bull. We had ordered food to pick up at KFC down the road, and I wish I would have just waited to use their bathrooms! read more

I was given a RaceTrac gift card from my boss for Christmas. Tried to use it here and was told by the clerk that they don't take Gift cards there. Only debit or credit. I was given no explanation why. Perhaps if I was given an explanation I wouldn't be giving them one star. I ended up going to the Shell Station. I purchased my gas there. The clerk/cashier was pleasant polite and very helpful. I will be returning to the Shell station next time I pass through Richmond Hill. Raceway could use some Customer Service lessons from the Shell station for sure! RaceTrac and Raceway are owned by the same company just to let you know! read more

Gas prices are lower by at least 10¢ than the surrounding freeway gas stations. Pump accepts debit and credit, worked fine. Went inside and the gentleman working the cash register was super nice. Bought some drinks for myself and the kids, grabbed some hot boiled peanuts for my husband. Great selection for snacks and drinks, and some standard local (Georgia) tourist gifts (magnets, shot glasses, keychains). Note: there are no "sales" here ... no "2 for..." or anything else. Loss of two stars on two counts: cleanliness and convenience. First was the bathroom cleanliness... not just old, but lots of grime and mildew in the restroom... looks like the sink hasn't been wiped down in quite some time. No warm running water for hand washing, just a slow drizzle of cold water. That's a big deal. Additionally was that there is nowhere to hang a purse or diaper bag and no changing table for babies. This really stinks (no pun intended) when you have a poopy baby. We wound up laying a sat down and having our other kid get out of the car and changed her out by the gas pump (do what you gotta do to avoid the diaper rash). I'd pick a different stop if we came through again and I had the kids with us. If it was just us adults, I'd take this place based on gas price and grab drinks elsewhere. read more

We stopped specifically to use the restroom but knowing me I like to browse to see what they had to offer. They wanted $19 for a bag of jerky that you can get at a big box store for about $10. Everything seemed heavily marked up. The men and women's was a single person at a time. Restroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the guy running the place wasn't very nice. Normally I would grab a snack after making a stop but I decided against that and wanted to be out to hit the road. read more

This gas station charged my credit card a pre- authorization of $125 !!! And there is no sign letting you know ! In my opinion that is a outrageous pre-auth & really shady practices . What if I didn't have the credit to cover it ? How would I have gotten home back to florida ? Watch out for this place as I have been reading comments where extra cash was pocketed etc . read more

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT CANT DO THAT ON YELP. This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. My husband & I were stopping by for water & snacks on our long drive between shows (touring musicians). WE HAD MY ESA ANIMAL WITH US (and proof of paperwork), and the clerk began yelling at us & ordering ya to show him our ID or get out. We calmly stated that we don't have to show you any proof but he could call the cops if he wanted. HE KEPT HARRASSING US ABOUT IT, being rude & condescending so we decided to just leave and never give this place our business. As touring musicians we are on the road ALL THE TIME & because of this mans judgment of us (heavily tattooed couple) we WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ANYWHERE. read more

Stopped to use bathroom and as a courtesy made a purchase. The 2 miniature snicker bars I bought were obviously old and not edible. Then I checked my reciept and realized I was charged $1.89 for something that should have been $.75 total that could not even be eaten. They were up at the counter so it's not like they looked over the "if" they do out of dates. If that wasnt bad enough the cashier was rude staying on the phone the whole time we were in there and it was on speakerphone at that. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

This location is not set up well for anyone towing a trailer or driving a large RV. The parking lot is too close to the pumps which doesn't allow a large vehicle to do a wide turn. read more

The worker was so rude. He wasn't wearing a mask. I asked for a jolly rancher strawberry ice cream that was in a sealed box, and the worker told me that I couldn't have it because there was another orange flavor push pop that I could have instead. This place clearly doesn't put the customers first and they were highly rude and clearly were just worried about getting the line down. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'd give it a zero but the app won't let me. The pump keypad wouldn't recognize all of the numbers so we couldn't process our credit card there, had to go inside. The clerk didn't care at all about this inconvenience and was very rude. The restrooms are single stall so I waited 10 minutes to use the women's restroom. When the person comes out, it's a man. The manager says the rooms are gender neutral, but their signs don't indicate that. We wasted a lot of time at this place (ironically called Raceway) read more

I was very disappointed on April 14 when I got off the highway in Richmond Hill, GA. There was a BP station, but saw it was $2.09/gal and next door the Raceway station was priced at $1.99/gal, so I came to Raceway. Pump 10 didn't accept my credit card, so I went inside to the clerk. Waited in line and the clerk said my card was okay, it was the pump. I moved the car backward to pump 8 and started to fill. I was already frustrated and delayed because of pump 10 situation and didn't realize that the Premium nozzle was on the left side of the pump, where the majority of other pumps across the country have Unleaded Regular on the left. Needless to say, I spent $.40/gal more than necessary ($.30/gal more than BP). I would have been better off at BP. I truly believe Raceway pricing and grade selection strategy is purely deceptive. I won't be back to Raceway. read more
