Gas prices are lower by at least 10¢ than the surrounding freeway gas stations. Pump accepts debit and credit, worked fine. Went inside and the gentleman working the cash register was super nice. Bought some drinks for myself and the kids, grabbed some hot boiled peanuts for my husband. Great selection for snacks and drinks, and some standard local (Georgia) tourist gifts (magnets, shot glasses, keychains). Note: there are no "sales" here ... no "2 for..." or anything else. Loss of two stars on two counts: cleanliness and convenience. First was the bathroom cleanliness... not just old, but lots of grime and mildew in the restroom... looks like the sink hasn't been wiped down in quite some time. No warm running water for hand washing, just a slow drizzle of cold water. That's a big deal. Additionally was that there is nowhere to hang a purse or diaper bag and no changing table for babies. This really stinks (no pun intended) when you have a poopy baby. We wound up laying a sat down and having our other kid get out of the car and changed her out by the gas pump (do what you gotta do to avoid the diaper rash). I'd pick a different stop if we came through again and I had the kids with us. If it was just us adults, I'd take this place based on gas price and grab drinks elsewhere.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT CANT DO THAT ON YELP. This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. My husband & I were stopping by for water & snacks on our long drive between shows (touring musicians). WE HAD MY ESA ANIMAL WITH US (and proof of paperwork), and the clerk began yelling at us & ordering ya to show him our ID or get out. We calmly stated that we don't have to show you any proof but he could call the cops if he wanted. HE KEPT HARRASSING US ABOUT IT, being rude & condescending so we decided to just leave and never give this place our business. As touring musicians we are on the road ALL THE TIME & because of this mans judgment of us (heavily tattooed couple) we WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ANYWHERE.

Who knew? Road…read moretravelers, that's who. These TA travel centers pack a punch. I stopped by a few to charge my EV. Otherwise, I probably would not have known what they have to offer. Charging gives you time to take everything in. If I needed a shower, I could get one here for $17. That's pretty cool. If I needed some electronics, I could get that here too. They offer many things you may not have thought of that could be useful on a road trip. And, it you're living the nomadic lifestyle, you could take a break and do some gambling on their machines here. Or, you could have a meal. They have a lot of meal options. I'm definitely going to add these on my places to stop during road trips!

We were in a semitruck and paid for a reserved spot in the back. It's a bit of a walk to the main building but it depends on how far back you're parked. The reserved spots are closer. The inside is somewhat limited for space, which can occasionally create a sense of being crowded. A driver's lounge is accessible down a hallway that leads to the showers. There are a few slot machines as you enter the hallway, which almost seem to be an afterthought. A laundry area is equipped with four dryers and four washing machines, all of which require quarters for operation. While an online payment option may have been available, I was unable to get it to work. Be advised that the washing machines, being front-loading models, have an unpleasant odor. I decided to use hot water and hope for the best. The dining options include Popeyes and Fuddruckers. This particular location is one of only four Travel Centers that offer a Fuddruckers. I would certainly recommend trying a burger there. Although they are somewhat expensive, they are prepared to order and are delicious.

Hence we do shop regularly even though gas is overpriced compared to other Shell gas stations. This is a strictly customer service complaint against the older gentlemen who is fairly new in comparison to the other employees. One minute after I parked at the pump, that mind you, all pumps were out of gas except for premium and there was literally one other car there, my daughter goes and shops at the gas station for snacks. The taco truck is parked and there is nobody in line so I decide to get tacos. Not even 30 seconds later this gentleman chases me down and tells me I have to move my car?! Really? I have just paid, there was nobody at the pumps and you will confront a long time customer about being parked at a pump that doesn't even dispense regular gas? Not even knowing if they intend to pump gas at this point? Are you kidding me? When the truck is there on regular basis with people blocking all parking and pumps and there is no signs directing parking for the truck? Please get educated on customer service since you just sold me items not even two hours ago and my daughter is still in the gas station shopping? And I am there every day and so is my husband as we are regulars? I would understand if we weren't customers of the gas station at this point in time and were there just for tacos. Or we are blocking the way of a line of cars wanting to pump premium gas. Learn customer service or change jobs. From now on I will avoid doing any kind of miscellaneous shopping at this place.

These are some of the perks of the program: - base discount of 3 cents off per gallon, just for being a Kroger Rewards member. Enter your Alt-ID at the pump prior to paying. - accumulate 1 fuel point for every $1 you spend at Kroger - fuel points are redeemable in 100 point increments, up to 35 gallons of unleaded, mid-grade, premium, diesel or E85. One hundred points gives you a 10 cent per gallon discount - you can redeem up to 1,000 Fuel Points for $1 off per gallon. - points are available to use on the following month after they are accumulated, so for example, you can use October's points in November. However, note that any unused points do NOT carry over to the next month - you can accumulate double fuel points if you buy gift cards at Kroger - sometimes, they have digital coupons where they give you double points for buying a certain item - accumulate more points with prescriptions, online orders (shipping to your house, NOT online orders to be picked up in store i.e. ClickList) and Kroger Rewards Mastercard. At this location, note that Pump 10 & 11 have finicky card readers. If you have a chip card, you're supposed to put your card in and leave it there until prompted to remove, but these pumps get fussy. I had to get the attendant to help and she had mentioned the moodiness of these two pumps. There are about a dozen pumps with the cash and attendant in the middle. The gas station is right by the road. Lines move pretty quickly as there are quite a number of gas pumps. Stay safe, friends!
