My husband and I decided to Elope in Key West in May 2019. Hiring Rachel for our elopement wedding in Key West was literally the best thing we ever did! She is absolutely amazing. We were so overwhelmed trying to find the right photographer (and all the other elements to make sure our day was just perfect). Photography was one of the most important factors for me (aside from my dress of course ha!) because the photos were how we were going to remember this day for all of lives! When I found Rachel's page on Instagram, I knew instantly she was the person for us. I reached out to her and she was very responsive and accommodating. She calmed me instantly when I spoke with her on the phone. She knew exactly what we wanted and sent us samples of locations she suggested (my husband and I have never been to Key West - I should mention that part. We hired Rachel for 1 hour and received over 250 photos, which by the way she took us to 5 different locations, picked us up from our hotel, drove us to the ceremony location and took us back to our hotel! This review is well over due but wanted to make sure and give it enough time to do it justice. My new husband and I had been together for over 10 years and knew at some point we'd get married and finally decide on April 2018 in Key West. This wasn't either of our first marriages and wanted our wedding to be a low key, eventful, fun time with close family and friends. We weren't sure we were going to have flowers, a cake or even a photographer but the closer the day came, the more important having our special day captured by a professional photographer seems right. With the help of my daughter and literally at the last minute, we stumbled onto Rachel's website and loved what we saw. I called and left a message and emailed her, which I received almost an immediate response. Talking with her over the phone, you could tell she had a calm and professional demeanor and I knew she would do a great job. We chartered the Hindu Schooner to be the backdrop for our sunset ceremony and she was all in, the whole sail was amazing, the pictures were so much more than we could have asked for and it if felt like she was part of our family the whole time. What can I say...Rachel is amazing! We met Rachel in 2013 when she took our engagements pictures in Key West. We had an in...stant connection and became friends. When it came time to planning our wedding, I could not imagine having anyone other than Rachel capture our special day. We flew Rachel up for a long weekend and she fit in with our family perfectly. Rachel was a joy to work with ~ it was extremely important to both my husband and I to work with a photographer who was "flexible" and would let us "do our thing."
