I wasn't totally sure what to expect walking into Rachel's Orlando for the male revue, but I'm happy to say it was a total blast from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly--definitely not your typical "wild and chaotic" club vibe. It felt like a place where you can let loose, have fun, and still feel comfortable. The performers were professional, energetic, and clearly knew how to work the crowd. It was entertaining without being over-the-top, and they kept the show playful, respectful, and a lot of fun. I have not been here in several years. I loved the concept prior when the restaurant was separated from the dancers. The food however has taken a severe decline. This place used to have the best steaks. The best lobster bisque. We both ordered lobster bisque and 10 mins later the waiter came out to advise that there was only enough for one cup of bisque. Not even a bowl but a cup yet we were still charged the full price for a bowl. Then he proceeded to tell me that the person who is supposed to make the soups didn't come in today. So I said to him, "so you're selling and serving soup from yesterday or who knows when it was made". He said yes but it is still good. Then we both ordered the filet Oscar. The steak had no flavor and the crab which was very abundant was totally cold on both of our plates. The waiter was very nice and offered to comp the steak and have them cook it again. I however did not want to eat the food after I could see in the kitchen and see that one of the cooks has dreadlocks and was swinging and bouncing his head back and forth to the music. No hair net. No hat. Totally disgusting ! Poor management to not have paid attention to this detail especially when the cooks are visible from the dinning area. The escargot is still very good. They charge $10 per person for a cover charge to enter. They did not use to do that when the restaurant was separate and you were there only to have dinner. In addition they add $10 per person to the check for what they call an entertainment fee. I know the place is a stripper club, but when I go to have dinner I don't expect to have some random stripper come up behind me and start massaging my neck. I didn't ask or invite to be touched and it made me feel rather uncomfortable. I loved the old concept much better. The dancers were not allowed in the restaurant section unless they were in an evening gown or some sort of respectful attire. I'm sorry but I don't agree with having ass cracks walking right near or even brushing up on my table next to my food. Came in last night with my husband and my friend to celebrate her birthday. Gave the guy at the front my ID and in my ID I have no makeup on vs when I go out I have makeup on, of course. Well the guy in the front did not believe it was me in the ID and refused to let us in. This was super insulting and embarrassing for me when all he had to do was scan my ID. We have been to this club several times and have spent thousands of dollars here and have never had this issue nor has any bar/club ever turned my ID down. So ladies, if you do not have makeup on in your ID, your best bet is to come here without makeup so you don't run into this situation. ‼THIS IS NOT A SAFE SPACE FOR LGBTQIA+ PEOPLE‼ I wanted to leave a review based off my experience trying to be a patron at this club on a dead Tuesday night, my friends and I (all 21+ group of two straight cisgendered women, a gay male, & a trans woman) attempted to enter this club and upon entry the two queer individuals of our group were told to change into t-shirts because of the "male dress code" policy. I was wearing a sleeveless full-length turtleneck and my friend was wearing a simple crop top, nothing revealing past the level of our cis girl friends. These rules are extremely discriminatory of trans women so I politely informed them (after changing into a t-shirt) that I feel they should update their policies and wished them a blessed night to have respect my integrity despite wanting to support their girls. I'm not posting this review in hopes of "canceling" this establishment, but to spread awareness and let all queer people know that we are not welcome here despite what money we have to offer their dancers on a night as deserted as this one. Can't speak for the food but can attest to other elements of Rachel's. As the namesake suggests, Rachel's steakhouse serves a nice steak dinner, endorsed by many. I, like some others, was not present for the food but much rather for the entertainment. I led a group of maybe six guys (details get fuzzy on vacation) and one other girl to Rachel's in search of popping my friends' live adult entertainment cherries. All of the working ladies, waitstaff and the girl at the front door were extremely nice to me and my party. The girl at the door was also very patient with me when I asked her to re-count my singles that I changed out. Everything was reasonably priced, but there is a cover fee and a drink minimum charge (limited to one card for my large party). Rachel's holds themselves to a standard and it definitely shows. My cousin and I went and we had a very good time. The food was surprisingly delicious and the entertainment was top notch. My cousin orders the steak and he stated it was best steak he had while in Florida. I got the shrimp and it was very tasty. Wish it had more substance to it but was still very flavorful. You walk inside. To your right, there are dancers and dudes making it rain. To the left, there's an actual steakhouse. Nice tables. Big chairs. There's a dude dressed in a suit giving your high-class service. The steak was off the total freaking hook! Seriously, it was juicy and really delicious. You get a dancer walking by once a in a while but they were fully clothed. The funny thing is that we were watching sports on the TVs along the walls but right above our table was a 60 inch TV that was showing what we could see 30 feet away, the stage. It wasn't in living color either. We were looking at a black and white surveillance camera of the dancers on stage. From where I was sitting all I had to do was look at the stage but the TV/camera view made it feel like we were more perverted than already being in a strip club. Yeah, most dancers were attractive. We basically serenaded the shyest guy in our group with air dances. Yeah, air dances. There was much contact on the lap so our homie didn't have any stripper glitter to take home back to VA. She repeatedly talked down to us like we were stupid. The food was pretty horrible too. My burger came out cold and extra well done. I could barely chew it. This is a strip club and a steakhouse. We ate dinner first, and it was very good. An upside is that you can get a table dance while waiting for your food, and they have a TV that shows what is happening on stage while you're in the dining room. This is a no contact club, which I was unaware of before going. I'm not from Florida so I'm not sure what the usual experience is like, but in Ohio you get way more contact depending on the club. I had a dance from a very nice girl who was new to dancing. She put her boobs in my face and immediately was yelled at by the floor guy. I felt special. The Bad: Have to pay cover, and an additional fee to sit down, and watch the show, and no standing room. Never came by to check up on us, never refilled water, etc. Was later told we couldn't afford to sit by the stage... I don't know what kind of business they are trying to run, but you shouldn't be rude with your customers nor tell them they can't afford what you are offering. They are not very strict at the door, so you do see a lot of fratboy types wearing baseball caps and being loud. It did not bother me, the 3 private dances were all awesome but it would be even better if they had some kind of private area where everyone cannot see you in full view. I've only been to Rachel's during the week for the lunch buffet and it's always been good. You may be deterred from it thinking it's solely a gentleman's club, but it's much more than that. The dance room and restaurant are separate from each other, even tho you can eat on either side. There is no cover charge when going in for lunch. The staff is incredibly accommodating and always respectful. The buffet is only $10 and they always have a few types of meat, plenty of sides and a salad bar. For $10 you can't really beat it, they could double that rate and I would still go. They keep the place very clean, and there is plenty of parking. read more

Drinks were a bit pricey but what do you expect from a club. Had a few tables dances off to the side for $20, what a bargain. After shift change, a new girl showed up and I asked for a dance. Just a dance, but we kept talking and she kept dancing so I went with it and hung out. Then I go to pay her for the dance I asked for and she said I owe he $400+. Needless to say a manager got involved and we settled on much less then $400.
