I edited my first review because immediately the new owner Mario contacted me and made it right. He definitely is a good businessman and makes the customer important. Old review- I wanted to support a local business and learned that this local business doesn't care. I wanted to purchase a new keyless fob for my car. I started with a 1st visit almost 4 weeks ago. They said they needed to order the part. After waiting 2 weeks for them to call I stopped by. Tony said he didn't know what the status was he would check the next week. Again I hadn't heard from them so I stopped in. He said it was sent to the wrong store. Also he didn't seem to be able to find my information so I gave my contact info again. Then I received a nice phone call on Monday from the young man working there. He said my fob was in. I told him that I work until 5 so I can't make it tonight but, I will get off work early tomorrow if that's ok. I asked how long it takes and he said only 10 minutes. I took off work an hour early on Tuesday and arrived at 4:40PM. Tony said oh no he updates his machine every day at 4 so he can't do it. I mentioned that I spoke with the younger associate yesterday and he said to come in at this time. He said he could do it tomorrow so Wednesday I came in at 4:35PM and now Tony said he doesn't have enough time that I should have come in at 4. I left upset and would never recommend them to anyone. Obviously they must have enough big jobs to do that they don't need the business. I would suggest going to someone else who wants your business. read more

They need to stop advertising that they're local. We were first advised that they were in downtown Pueblo, but we arrived at the address to find that they are no longer there. We then drove to an address in Pueblo West only to find that they weren't there either. So, we called the business and they advised that they only service Pueblo via mobile appointment. Came in to get a key copied for our gas cap since other stores were unfortunately not able to. Forgot the kind gentleman's name that helped us but he made one super fast and it ended up working perfectly! It didn't even take 5 minutes which is a major bonus, definitely will be back for any key related needs! read more

We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house! Don't ask! Louie from Racine's came and was able to help us re-key our doors so that one key opens all! He was out there in miserable weather, but got the job done joyfully. I would definitely highly recommend this company and Louie. read more

Racines (in my opinion only of course) used to be at least a top notch, quickly responsive, personable yet above all professional lock smithing business who made themselves available to both new coming clientele as well as their regular ongoing customers. As an ongoing customer of theirs for several years, I had every reason to believe (because of the fact that they had time after time after time) "gone out of their way" to help their customers with their Locksmithing issues. However something seemed to have changed their attitude apprx 10 years ago? I noticed tha phone calls to them (about a variety of issues) were often met with more "I don't knows", " Let me check with my boss, co-worker, mgr...etc"than I'd ever remembered previously.....and finally today I had to place an emergency call into them and wa read more

Five stars for these guys. Went to three different places before recommend to Racine's. This is there new location as they have moved.Took my old rv keys in to be fitted and made and presto in no time they were done . About eight dollars for two door keys no one else could make. They got my keys made to exact fit and wasted no time. It appeared they must have a thousand keys or better hanging on their wall. I bet If they cant fit or make your key no one can. Fast friendly service with a smile. No BS here just plain good service. I would highly recommend Racine's Locksmithing for any type of key or lock issue you might have. I also inquired about auto chip keys and was told about eighty five dollars for my particular dodge key to be made. This was about 40.00 less than quoted by a different shop. These guys don't need the business so they don't return phone calls. Skip them and get a locksmith that needs the work.

Went to Racine's this morning to have a key cut. The man said that he will not cut a customer's key, only keys purchased from them. As my wife and I were leaving, I told her that seemed silly that a locksmith will not cut our key, but Walmart will. As we were getting into our car the man came out and looked furious and started bitching at us. He must have heard me talking about Walmart cutting it or something. It was really crazy. He seemed very unstable (mentally). He was certainly very unprofessional. He was completely and totally out-of-line. We will never go back. read more
