When I dropped it off, I was told they were approximately two weeks backlogged and that I could expect the bike to be serviced within that timeframe. After waiting three weeks, I called for an update and was told that my bike had not even been diagnosed or looked at yet. I was then told they would move it to the top of the priority list. I was also told that the technician responsible for the repair was new and only worked part-time, which was the reason my bike had not been looked at during those three weeks. Regardless of the reason, customers should be made aware of the actual wait times and staffing limitations when dropping off their bikes. If I had known from the beginning that my bike could sit for a month without even being diagnosed, I would have repaired it myself or taken it somewhere else. I rely on my e-bike as my primary means of transportation to and from work, so this delay has been particularly frustrating. Great place to buy an e-bike, but expect poor service and potentially very long wait times if you need electrical repairs. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need your bike serviced in a reasonable timeframe.

BoW didn't have one that matched what I was looking for - or maybe they did. I wouldn't know because no one offered to assist me. CM and Giant had the helmet I wanted at the same price. CM even had the colour I wanted! The sale, however, went to Giant PURELY based on service alone! Their staff is nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. You don't feel intimidated for not being a hardcore biker. Whenever I'm in need of a new bike, I'll be coming back here first!

They carry top of the line brands and will have an option for any size, price point or specialty request. The customer service their is marvellous. Everyone is super personable, understanding and willing to help you the second you walk in. They gave me a really good price on a new mountain bike (close to $500 off), gave me a great discount on clipped peddles and threw in almost $100 dollars worth of other accessories. All bikes come with a long warranty backed by a few of the best bike mechanics in the GTA (in my experience). Repair times depend on the mechanic you get but 95% of the time the repairs are super fast. I've never had a problem remerge or not be fully fixed after taking it there. They have everything a veteran rider, beginner cyclist or anyone in-between could ever want and more. They sell bikes (of course), biking attire (both loose MTB gear and aerodynamic lycra), any kind of bike part, bike maintenance things, turbo trainers and so much more. Highest possible recommendation for Sam and his team!…read more So why am I writing a review for a company that did not repair my bikes? Because honest business people are becoming more and more scarce. First Sam could have repaired the four bikes that his staff picked up in a timely fashion with a courtesy call before pickup AND during pickup to confirm the correct bikes to be picked up. But he did not repair them because he did a thorough and comprehensive diagnostic first with a cost benefit analysis and recommended against repair. Then after all that he contacts me one more time to ask me if I want the, beyond repair, bikes back or should he have them recycled. At each and every stage of the process this company did the maximum possible and then took one EXTRA step to assist. Every person I spoke to from the initial call to the pick up person, a young lady whose name escapes me, to the actual owner Sam was exceptional. If you ever need bike repair services I would extend my highest possible recommendation to Sam and his team.

I purchased my Giant carbon fibre bike after doing my research and being offered a pretty good price for it. Everything was handled very well. I was properly measured before choosing the size, and my bike was fitted to me after the order came in. They also offer full geometric fitting services independent of bike services for a fee. They're quite thorough. They have repair services as well. Overall it's a good specialty store. They have a very wide range of bikes, and can order just about anything you want. They have their own parking in the plaza. Their hours are very limited, though.
