I went here recently with a friend and spent about a good hour perusing the women's shirts, from short sleeved to button downs and sweaters. I also spent a little time browsing the special price rack (with tons of retail surplus clothing at a little more expensive than regular goodwill pricing - still a fraction of the original price in a store). In the end I found a few books and a name brand sweater with tags on that I took home. Our cashier was super friendly and made checkout wuick and a breeze. They had the same heaters that were at the other Ollie's location. I just got a less cluttered vibe from this store and would probably shop here again. Until today I was a long time customer. Bought a typical inexpensive small device..$14 dollars…read more Used it for two days. It leaks juice from the pod and also from the air regulation hole. Occasionally when taking a draw...It keeps firing for several seconds after the fact and will only stop if I pull the pod out. It also randomly starts firing when I put it in my pocket which causes it to get hot, leak juice and burn through the battery. Inconsistent experience with charging this device. I took it back..with the box etc... The guy was not able to "replicate" a random misfire but he did pull the pod out (which was still leaking) and cleaned excess juice from the unit. He hit the unit a couple of times and stated that there were no obvious issues. Regarding the inconsistent charging..He stated "perhaps the voltage from my vehicle caused the issue. It became obvious that the faulty unit had now officially become my problem. I left the location with the unit no real resolution other than if it happens again ...bring it back and if "replicated" on site I would then be taken seriously. I called the location a short time later to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution. I took some time to read up on the return policy. It says nothing about "replication" of issues although it does clearly state that if a customer is not happy with their purchase a discount can be offered on a comparable device. Unfortunately this option was never offered to me when I initially went into the location with the defective unit. This option was also not offered when I called to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution after the fact. I shop this store frequently. My wife shops this location on occasion. I did a simple search of my bank transactions for the month of April. During this time we have spent a total of $76 at this location. Over the course of a year that adds up to slightly over $900 per year..assuming we continue to exclusively shop this business... Which we will no longer do. Long story short.. You get to keep the $14 We will take the $900 in potential purchases elsewhere. Regards Former 8 year customer

In my experience there's two kinds of mechanics. The old school fix it quick & get it working…read moremechanics and the diligent fine-tuning mechanics. Danville Bike Shop is definitely the latter. I stopped through just to pick up a tire & tubes on my bike ride across America but was given the full treatment. Ernst took his time with my bike, tightening any and all loose bolts, replacing the rim strip, & finally noticing a bent derailleur hanger & fixing it. Furthermore he spent a good 15 minutes wrestling with my new tire which was stubbornly refusing to sit in the wheel perfectly. I've seen many mechanics turn away or just settle from less frustrating issues. I highly recommend DBF. Prices are fair & the work is great.

The only thing I would complain about is they have long lines when your ready to check out and only have 1 person up there finally when we get up there they open another lane! Also I don't know if they allow pets or not but we were in the check out lane and somebody had a Bobby kitten in a shopping cart I asked my husband if I was seeing things but nope it was a kitty in the cart!
