I usually love Rack Room but not today. I haved shopped in this store before and it has been fine. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals online from Rack Room recently. Two of the 3 were great, but the third pair didn't fit quite right. So I decided to return them to the store instead of sending them back. I went to the store with the confirmation email, but they couldn't do the return without a receipt, which I didn't have because it was an online transaction and didn't send a "receipt". So they gave me a customer service phone number to call. I went home with the sandals and called the number. Robert was very helpful and emailed me a receipt. I took the sandals back to the store with the original confirmation and the receipt he had emailed. It took about 30 minutes for the RR rep behind the counter to actualy figure it out and refund the sandals. Both of the store reps and the customer service person all said that RR shoes have an outdated computer system - get with the 21st century, please. read more

Such rude employees, I'll just take advantage of the deals online. I feel sorry for the coworker they were openly badmouthing while simultaneously providing rude and condescending service. Multitasking at its finest from these mean girls. read more

My first time visiting Rack Room Shoes and I purchased two pairs! I needed some boots on the fly and was in the area. I knew I was going to save, but not this much! Over $70 in savings. The store has a really good layout therefore you could see all of the shoes to choose from in a single glance, unless your vision is shotty. It's much better than walking through rows of shoes you're not interested in. They packaged their shoes very nicely and it avoids unnecessary damage. I noticed these shoes are a lot more well kept. This store is worth a shot if you're looming to get a great deal on shoes. They have brand named and foreign designers. read more

Last time I was in here no one helped me and It was pretty obvious I was looking for something because I was searching up and down the isles. Then when I found some shoes I liked the lady at the front was chatting with someone and looked at me and continued to chat and not help. So I ended up accidentally knocking a couple boxes down and again the worker just looked at me and didn't bother to help. read more
