All three employees greeted me, kept asking if I needed assistance, and were eager to tell me about the different brands. I walked out with a pair of boots and a pair of running shoes. Besides the outlet prices (which still aren't the cheapest in this mall), I got another 25% if which ended up being huge! (Honestly. Saved about $50. Saw the same shoe at Scheels later. Got a deal at Tradehome!) Love the brands here.

Not only is he so pleasant, so kind-he does all the work for you, taking shoes on and off, tying them, then says don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it. And he doesn't give up until he finds the shoe you are most satisfied with. But he also helps you understand how to choose the right shoe based on your personal needs. He took care of both my husband and I-then I took my friend in and he did the same thing for her. We are very happy with our shoes-and it's so refreshing to see someone be excellent in their field and genuinely care about their customers.

But I did find some fantastic purple pumps and they had my little foot size. Although, I usually wear a 5 and ended up in a 6.5. So I don't know if it was the brand or the store, but if you don't see your size, try on something close. You'd be surprised.

The delivery service called and said they are at this store for pickup but the store had sold the last one so they couldn't deliver. They didn't care and I still have no clue if I'm going to get what I ordered because they do not communicate. Might is well be talking to AI with their boiler plate responses and inability to help. This has been a horrible experience and I strongly suggest going to a different store. Update: the failed delivery was Jan 16th and they got the item back in store on Jan 19th but now the soonest the can deliver is Jan 29th. I ordered this on Jan 7th and it was in stock. Today is Jan 21 and based on my many calls I doubt I'll get it this month. I should have ordered from a different company. It may have looked like a good value but the time and effort I've had to put into this ate up any of the savings I was going to get by buying through them. My time is worth something too and I shouldn't have to be writing this review but if it save one person from the stress of buying from Dicks it will be worth it.

No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

I love the food truck idea, and there was a coffee truck when I was there. A coffee shop would be a great permanent addition.
