They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. Today was the first time we went to this particular store, located at the newly opened Tulsa Premium Outlet Mall. My husband and I had spent the better of 2 hours trying on shoes for him with not one staff member asking , if we needed help, smiled or said "Hi, how's it going?" or, "Can I help you with anything?" Nope?? OK! No biggie, I got this! We finally found 2 pair he liked and as the employee is ringing us up, we looked for socks, which are right there at the check out. We couldn't find his size and she made no attempt to help, she just stood at her register with a look of inconveniencine, she even made a noise like, jeez, as if she were doing a head nod, eye roll, at us. Mind you, it is not 6 o'clock yet. We found the socks in his size and the color, it is now 5:58, we had gotten a BOGO 50% off, but the pair we picked out wasn't a BOGO.
