We were greeted upon entrance by a pretty tall male workers (I'm 4'11"). Everyone above my height is tall LOL! I'm not positive if it was Michael or Rob. He assessed my feet, gait and pressure just because I was curious. The results were sent to my email. He was very informative on the type of shoes they can recommend and would need to view how I walked. I found this to be the first athletic store to provide a comprehensive assessment for the right shoes. He also advised that they offered baseball hats(VIMHUE) which are specifically made for women as men have a different hairline than women. I tried it on and it fit perfectly and was comfortable with the cutout for a ponytail. I then understood what he meant as my current hat (Carhartt) was a slightly big. Although we hadn't planned on a purchase, I surely felt welcomed and educated upon our exit. Our visit alone was a great experience. =)

They carry popular brands like Birkenstock, Doc Martens, etc. The store itself is clean and well organized. But the staff is lazy and doesn't speak very kindly to customers. They don't greet you when you walk in, and are very put off when you ask any questions. When I was checking out the girl pretty much just tossed the shoe box at me and continued talking to her friend. For such a nice store, the employees really bring the value of the store down. Quite disappointing. However, I'm happy with my new shoes, but won't be back to this particular location. I'd rather drive to the DSW in Cedar Park, or shop at an entirely different shoe store in Waco.

So we have to get her all new shoes to fit over those, we were helped by the sweetest man I believe his name was Caleb. I thought I was going to have to special orders shoes which I was nervous about since we couldn't try them on, but Caleb came out from the back with 8 boxes of shoes in all colors and styles. He gave us tips on what brands work best with AFOs and put my mind at ease. We left with a adorable pair of shoes that fit perfect.

The manager Audrey is rude and unprofessional, I bought a pair of boots at the Denton,Tx store,…read morewhen I got home to the Waco area I realized that I had two right boots and were different sizes partly my fault as I only tried on one boot at the store, I called the Denton store and was told to take them to Waco to exchange them and Waco would just send the boots back to Denton, I went to the Waco store and was told by Audrey "we can't do that, you need to go back to Denton" I said I called Denton and was told to come to Waco, she replied "we don't have that boot" I left, I called Denton again and they were really trying to help me and ended up saying they would call Waco and make sure I could get my money back or exchange for a different pair, I also called boot barn corporate and went back to Waco to exchange, when I walked in I went to the counter told the clerk what I needed to do, the manager interrupted and stated "you didn't let me finish earlier' I replied ma'am you said and I quote we can't do that, you need to go back to Denton, I also said ma'am you have one more opportunity to keep a customer don't blow it, I already called corporate, take care of your customer in front of you, I went found some boots that fit, took them to the counter, while I was finishing my transaction, Waco PD came in and issued me a trespass warning never to come back to that store, all because I just wanted to exchange a pair of boots bought at a store two hours from my home because I was visiting family and figured since I was there I would buy some new work boots, absolutely crappy customer service, I have called corporate back to let them know as well, this store manager doesn't need to be in any kind of retail service, I have never been treated like this in 55 years on this earth, I think I was only trespassed because I called corporate

Today I went in the store to buy some shoes from work. I usually come here to buy my shoes and I…read moreusually have an A+ Experience. BUT today it didn't reach the A+ standards. I came in and I WAS NOT GREETED. And then I didn't get asked from any associate if I needed any assistance (which I did need assistance cause I wanted to make sure the price was correct) and then I when I went to go "check out" at the service desk there was already a few customers there (the customers were a group of 3 men who were friends) while they were checking out another gentlemen who knew them cut infront of me and assumed he was next in line(keep in mind I was waiting already 10 minutes to be checked out) and so anyways,he cut infront of me and the associate WHO SAW did nothing. Another associate came(cause the line was getting long) and instead of saying,"Ma'am I can get you next" and coming to get me,she just said,"Whoever wants to be checked out come over here". Which was even more infuriating cause I already waited my 10 minutes in line,then the gentlemen cutted infront of me,and then next this. Another woman walked to the next available associates register and I had to wait again another 5-7 minutes,and then FINALLY it was my turn. In total,my time spent at the your business,was over 30 minutes when it should have only been a 5 minute wait. This was completely unprofessional. It could have all be avoided if your customer service reps. Had been trained more thoroughly on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am extremely disappointed in my experience today. Also,you will need to hire more associates because your business is too busy for just having 2 people work during the day. So overall,your associates to learn to be More mindful,genuine,KIND,respectful,and assertive. The woman who checked me out also wore her emotions on her sleeve and should learn to conceal her anger or frustration if she's going to be running the floor.
