There may have been more, but it was so dark I should have brought a flashlight. I asked one of the associates if they carry size S, she stated that they are 'having a hard time getting size S from the brands they get their clothing from'. Hmm. This is a pro because all sizes are beautiful and larger sizes deserve representation. For me, this is a con because I won't find clothing to feel beautiful in and I had no idea before stepping in. Generally when shops carry inventory of exclusive sizes, they'll advertise this with bigger/smaller mannequins, or photos of models that represent their target audience. She stood behind the counter the entire time and kept asking if we wanted a fitting room, needed her to hold anything at the counter, etc. What really earned them a 2 star review was the fact that quite a few of their clothing pieces had stains and marks on them, and some had the tags ripped off. If it had been one or two pieces, I would've said something to the statue behind the counter. But almost everything I looked at had at least one that had stains ranging from little specks to giant streaks. This really lowered the value of this boutique. There's lots of potential here. This season's clothes are kind of mehhh but that doesn't relate to the review of this actual store. I like stores that are bright, clean, and have open spaces and Loft really fits the bill here. It is a much bigger store than the one at The Domain in Austin and I think the layout makes it easy to shop. I can't give this location 5 stars, however. I have encountered poor service here twice, but that was months ago. Typically the staff is very helpful and kind! (ETA: Loft caters to college-aged women up through 50+)
