Absolutely no complaints. This is a dive bar with a small town restaurant. It is definitely dated, but isn't that what a dive bar is supposed to be? I'm a hunter so I loved the name and the decor. I ended up buying a shirt that was on their sale table and felt like I scored big time. The burger was yummy, the fries were great and the prices were on point. Food was pretty good. Service was horrendous! Was in there just before 5 on a friday night, only 2 other tables occupied in restaurant at that time. Waitress came about 10 min after we sat down. Took our drink orders and 10 minutes later still had not come back. Restaurant started getting busy so our group asked another waitress if we could please order (our waitress had yet to return after going to get 3 waters and a beer). That different waitress came back and took our orders and told our original waitress she had gotten our orders. 15-20 min after ordering, we still had not gotten our salads. Went up to ask if we could please get our salads before our meals came out. Then our original waitress finally put in an appearance, made a snotty comment about being so busy (it was not when we first got there), and said, "maybe you would just like a different waitress!" I told her that would be perfect and the waitress we ended up with did a great job. Saturday around 2:00 we returned with a group of 8 of us. Had several hours before racing started, so thought we would come on for drinks and have supper a little later on. Sat on the bar side this time. Only 17 other people in the place. The gal who had been our first waitress the night before "Moon" was now the bartender today. The other tables all had drinks and no one sitting at the bar. We sat for almost 20 minutes and we're completely ignored. She did not come to the table even once. She stood in the doorway to the kitchen and peeked out several times but never once attempted to serve our group. She did come out once and went to a smaller table and got them more drinks. We finally had enough. I asked the waitress on the orher side for the bartender's name and for the phone number to contact Karla to let her know about this. Did try to call Karla several times, no answer and no voicemail set up. We have a large group of friends (6 to 14 people) who camp together nearby every weekend and frequent local establishments. After these experiences at Racks, very unlikely we would be returning throughout the summer. Stellars, The Rusty Boot, The Oasis, and The Bar & Grill will be getting our business. read more

This is a must stop Place. Eaten here a few times. One time our Waitress name was Moon she is outstanding and very customer orientated. They have the best Dam onion rings in the state I would say. No one can beat them. Bloody Mary's are awesome and very tasty. Burgers are Great Wings are Juicy and super moist. The wraps are awesome and very filling. Passing through town I got hungry and saw this place had good reviews, so I stopped. My mistake. The atmosphere is a family business basement. Toddlers running around, throwing food on the ground. Poor elderly ladies looking lonely. Regulars who look like they spend too much time here because they have nothing else to do. Server was very polite. I got a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with tater tots. Tots were good, but it's hard to describe how bad the sandwich was. A Nashville Hot chicken should be a plump, juicy breast of chicken, moderately breaded and the heat should either be in the breading spices or in a sauce the breast is coated in. I got a flat, drier patty, closer to a pork loin than plump. The sauce was orange and just squeezed on top. I don't know what it was. Maybe thousand island? Then coleslaw was put on this. Too wet. 75% just dropped off into this orange pile of goop. The sandwich eventually fell apart. I don't think the cook has ever seen a real Nashville Hot chicken sandwich before. We were hurting to find a place to eat this night. We found this a bit our of the way but open... that was the criteria. The waitress was amazing, she really was great. The selection was decent with some unique items. Food was pretty quick and it was okay. Huge parking lot. read more

Had a burger with French fries. Exterior a bit sketchy looking, but it is ok for families. Even had children books to read. Hopefully not for kids to read while mom or dad get cheesed. Anyhow, good service and an ok burger experience. read more

Food and service was great at 130pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Server/bartender was very polite and food came out promptly. Of course it was typical bar food but exactly what we expected. Had our dog with us and the bartender was nice enough to let us sit outside with him. Overall great service. read more

If I could give less stars, I would. This restaurant is definitely in a downward spiral. Have been there 5 times in last 7 months, just to see the chef walk out stressed out from the orders and lack of employment. As a part employee and employer in the restaurant industry, this is just pure dystopia. Poor employees there. The owners seem to offer nothing to the table and half of the family works there u can tell because they're the lazy employees. Food is 1 star, service 1 star, price of food and drinks however is fair. read more

Stopped in today about 2:45 for a late lunch. What a find! Our burgers were great, cooked just the way we like them. Molly was a great server very helpful, just the right amount of attention. Free popcorn was a nice touch. The creamy coleslaw was some of the beat we've ever been served. Just a delightful pub to enjoy and clean as a preverbal pin. Took a chance on this place after a bus pulled in the A&W across the road. Was not sure at first but after entering and looking around not much to say but the booth I chose was comfy. Bethany did and excellent job was friendly even though it appeared she was the only one on the floor. She suggested some items and glad she did. Been here about 3 times. The menu is nothing special, especially before 5 PM. Could use friendlier employees.

I have been coming here since it opened and I have always loved the food and never had a problem. The last time I went, I called to order the food to go. The girl on the phone had me repeat the order at least 10 times. When I got home with the food, everything was wrong and when I called them, they said they would fix it and give me a gift card. When I got there she gave me $5 for gas and said she wasn't giving me the gift card because of that. And when she brought the food back, it was still wrong and after 3 times of them fixing it, it was still wrong so I just left. I don't remember her name but she was rude to me when I asked if they could fix it and she did not seem to care at all. read more

Good experience at Rack's. Had the crispy buffalo chicken sandwich and it was awesome! They have fantastic bleu cheese. My wife had a burger and it was good, but she agreed, nowhere near as good as the chicken sandwich. Also, good, hot fries. Service was very good and the place has a nice atmosphere. Will be back for the buffalo chicken sandwich for sure! read more

It took well over an hour to get our food, and not everything came. One person in our party (4 adults, 3 children) did not receive her food until after everyone was done eating. In addition, with the food that did make it out to us, some of it was wrong. We never got drink refills either. read more
