After assessing the difficulty of the tow (a vehicle without keys, parked on a residential street in-between two other parked cars) they quoted a totally fair and reasonable price. Since, without keys, the vehicle couldn't be moved out of its parking spot in a traditional way, they actually found a neighbor to move their car so the tow truck could get behind our vehicle. This is an incredibly thorough and smart level of service. Once the vehicle was dropped off at its destination, Mr. Hook Towing sent photos to show exactly where it was parked. Then, ini minutes, I was able to pay over the phone and got an emailed receipt. My car was also moved from one location to another after the business relocated and was never informed, adding even more delays and uncertainty. When I had learned that they relocated to Fords several of my family members stopped by the shop to get updates because it was so difficult to get clear information. Each time, we were given a new date for completion that came and went without any progress or explanation. Constant lies! There were also many occasions when Flaco did not answer my calls, return my messages, or was unavailable because he was either not at work or out doing towing jobs. So much more damage could've been done to my car just getting the suv on and off the flatbed but he was so patient with maneuvering it that he saved my brake line from severing and avoided damage to the fender. When we got to Firestone, his patience continued and he manually guided my vehicle off the flatbed with a rolling Jack. Not even a noise came from my car.
