The engine had to be replaced twice due to issues with the replacement motors, including broken valves and a defective flywheel. I paid for the motor in full but was never provided with a receipt. I was told it could be the alternator and changed it. My biggest issue was the lack of communication and follow-through. I was repeatedly given completion dates that were never met. My car was also moved from one location to another after the business relocated and was never informed, adding even more delays and uncertainty. When I had learned that they relocated to Fords several of my family members stopped by the shop to get updates because it was so difficult to get clear information. Each time, we were given a new date for completion that came and went without any progress or explanation. Constant lies! There were also many occasions when Flaco did not answer my calls, return my messages, or was unavailable because he was either not at work or out doing towing jobs. So much more damage could've been done to my car just getting the suv on and off the flatbed but he was so patient with maneuvering it that he saved my brake line from severing and avoided damage to the fender.
