Mazda collaborated with AAA and that's how Quality 1st came into play. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. Then they replaced a part that was overpriced, I picked up the car and didn't get more than three miles away before it stalled again. Brought it back, and they wanted to replace ANOTHER part! I had no choice but to get it done, so I picked the car again and it had NEW issues. I brought it right back again and they wanted to replace MORE parts!! I finally gave up and had them tow the car to a mechanic I can trust! The management was avoiding my calls and didn't offer any sort of rebate for all the troubles they had caused.
