I was extremely happy with the service I received from Rad Detail Pros! I needed to get my upholstery cleaned at the last minute and started calling detailing businesses listed online. After talking to 8 different places who said they could'nt get me in for 1 -3 weeks, I was relieved to talk to Rob who said he'd squeeze me in THAT DAY! I was even more thrilled to hear the awesome price he quoted me! When I dropped off my car, I told Monte not to worry about the carpets, or anything else since it was a rush job. But to my delight, he went the extra mile without charging an extra cent! Not only did he leave my seats spotless (washing one seat twice to remove a nasty stain), he cleaned the carpets, floor mats, dash board, arm rests, visors, even the trunk! Excellent Service!!!! I am beyond pleased with the interior clean performed on my car. As a very busy woman juggling my time between home and work, my very neglected car was definitely screaming "Clean Me". We have a 2008 Prius that needed a lot of cleaning, seats, doors, windows,paint and headlights. They gave us Avery fair price. We took it in around 8:15 and were s healed to pick it up at 5. I called at4:30 and they said it was taking longer because the car's seats and carpeting took much longer than expected so we picked it up at noon then ext day. Our car looked like it just came off the new car showroom floor. Rather than cutting back on quality in order to stay on schedule they chose. RAD always does an amazing job detailing our cars. They always smell amazing and look amazing when we pick them up. I love the patterns they leave in the carpet so you know they've been cleaned.
