I was very pleased with their thorough inspection and honest recommendations about things that they thought needed to be done. They didn't encourage anything that they didn't feel was necessary. I don't know for sure whether their prices are reasonable for this area or not because I haven't had a lot of other services done here before, but I felt like they were honest and were super friendly to work with. Called and spoke to Jason from the road about an hour away. His techs were busy but he was able to squeeze us in. Another RV repair shop nearby quoted me a $300 emergency fee out of pocket just to look at it quickly. Perfection replaced the pump in about an hour and got the repair authorized and paid for by our warranty. They even waived our deductible and wished us a happy trip. By far the best rv or auto repair experience I've ever had. It was a simple problem and repair, but could've added a bunch of stress to our trip if not fixed. And the new water pump is quieter and better quality than the one it replaced.

Four gallons of coolant later I limped into town and, after asking around and looking online, settled on Richard's. Even though he was backed up weeks out, he took pity on me and agreed to work me in his schedule. He was able to diagnose the problem and took care of it. Along the way he discovered two other significant issues-which, frankly, my usual mechanic should have found-and fixed them too. Without being asked he showed me what went wrong and where.
