I trusted Trevor with my 2016 Ford Fusion and expected the level of care and professionalism anyone would hope for when leaving a vehicle with a detailer. Unfortunately, I left with damage to the paint on the trunk and a $450 detail job that fell well short of what was promised. When Trevor called to say the vehicle was ready for pickup, that was the time to tell me if something had happened. Instead, no damage was mentioned, and everything was made to sound fine. I arrived expecting to pick up a completed detail, only to discover the paint damage myself after inspecting the vehicle. The quality of the detail was also disappointing. The wheels were still dirty, the windows were streaked, dirt remained on parts of the exterior, the wheel wells and exhaust tips were dirty, and several interior areas appeared to have been overlooked. This was especially disappointing for a $450 detail. After I pointed out the damage, Trevor told me he would remove the charge for the subpar detail, but that I would have to absorb the cost of the damage. The other option presented was that I pay the full $450 detail charge and he would fix the vehicle. I do not see how that is fair to the customer. Either I accepted a poor-quality detail and paid out of pocket for damage that occurred while the vehicle was in his care, or I paid $450 for a detail that was not performed to the quality promised just to receive help with damage I did not cause. Instead of taking accountability, Trevor blamed the condition of the vehicle's paint. The trunk paint was in perfect condition when I dropped the car off. If there were concerns about the paint before work began, those concerns should have been documented and communicated before the detail was performed -- not raised after the vehicle was returned damaged. I obtained estimates from two independent body shops: $543.30 from Christensen Body Shop and $802.35 from Dan's Collision Repair. Zaugg's website also advertises a pre-service walk-around inspection, but I was not made aware of any concerns at drop-off. After my original review, a public response said the situation would be made right. When I followed up, I was told that response had been AI-generated and did not reflect an actual position. The later settlement options were still unreasonable. One option required me to pay the full $450 detail charge before the repair would be covered. Another deducted the $450 detail charge from the repair amount, meaning under the lower estimate only $93.30 would actually go toward the damage. Removal of my Google and Facebook reviews was also required as part of the resolution. I have tried to address this directly and am still trying to find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, I continue to feel like the damage to my vehicle is not being taken seriously, and that the focus has been more on getting me to remove my reviews than on resolving the problem. Based on the damage, the repair costs, the quality of the work, and the way this has been handled, I cannot recommend this business. read more

I haven't hit any potholes or curbs and my car hasn't been in an accident. I don't drive the car very often so I can't understand why it would do that. We called Robison to see if there was any type of warranty since it has not even been a year since the replacement and they said they only warranty the seal around the windshield. They didn't even offer to look at it to see why it may have cracked like that which is very disappointing. We will find another auto glass company in the future.
