I had a personal injury case from April 2022 and it finally got settled last week (Jan 2026 check in hand). These are the worst attonerys EVER! I would never use them again. If you have a simple accident with you as the passenger maybe. My husband used them and referred me because he had a simple rear end accident that was settled in about 9 months. He was happy with it but me..OMG I was injured in a parking lot. First they kept moving depositions, mediations, prep calls, all without notifying me. I would be waiting at our appointed time and no call. After calling them they would say ,'oh it was moved'. They will not answer your calls or emails in a timely matter. I would call and the receptionist (mainly a guy), would say they would call me back shortly. They did not. After days of calling and asking to be emailed back they would finally respond. They would tell you wrong info and forget to follow up to receive records (Abby), after my attorney quit/got fired i dont know which one, they assigned me to Patel in Jan 2025. No one told me until I called for a deposition prep that they failed to call me for, that I had a new lawyer and they moved my deposition. Andrew was rude. The intial offer was $974k then after deposition it dropped to $650k yet during mediation she told me to take $60k. At the mediation I was fighting with the company on one front and my lawyer on the back end. Like are you serious??? I had a sprain ankle, fractured foot, over 2 dozen physical therapy sessions, an injection, surgery on my ankle, got a pay cut, then got fired from my job because I had no return to work date due to my injury AT WORK and on top of that the whole time she was saying take the offer, take the offer, you don't want to go to trial if you go to trial our fees go up, time, expense of the case and its not guaranteed for the amount to be more BUT she failed to mention that as soon as they filed it as a lawsuit their fee went from 33% to 40%. I didn't know that until I got the closing cost paperwork. Although there was no court or trial, because they filed paperwork they got an additional 7%. RIDICULIOUS! When I refused to take HER lowball offers because nothing she said panned out and she kept lowering the amount and I refused, when I said let me know the trial date, she hung up on me. Then a few minutes later she called back like she didn't JUST hang up in my face and said she talked to the owner and they thru me a few more dollars. After she made it plain that she did NOT wanna fight for me, that she just wanted to take the low ball offer and the way they handle my case over the last almost 4 years, we came to a low ball offer and I took it to be thru with them. They are AWFUL! I was not happy with the way they handle my case AT ALL. Even before I heard ANY numbers. Not updating me, not getting the documents until I reminded you to get them (I asked if the receipts were in Abby said not yet, I followed up 2 weeks later she said still not in, I asked when were they requested low and behold the day I called for the update, 2 weeks prior is the day she remembered to request them, REALLY??) Abby was incompetent in my opinion, Lourdes never got back to you as the male receptionist would always say 'she will call you right back, she will call you shortly she will contact you by the end of they day', she never did, Andrew was rude, Patel...anger issues, lazy, did NOT want to work for me AT ALL, refused to fight for me. I feel like I gave them $52k to file some paperwork and they refuse to be on my team and fight for me. If your attorney makes every excuse in the book on why you should not go to trial after you explain to them that's the path you want to take, do NOT go to trial with them. Think about it when someone absolutely forces you to do something you 100% don't wanna do and you're PISSED about it, do you give it 100% your best effort, your best work? Absolutely not! Rear-ended by commercial long truck dragged over 2 two years from February 6th, 2023 up until now. The owner is a savvy business lawyer. The case lawyer only meet once on zoom. Phone calls and certified express mails mostly done by legal assistant to chase down the responsible avoiding legal matter claimant and owner company. Case wasn't in proper care. Collected 20,000.00 in medical care evidence then filling court for settlement purposes. Simple battle. Office got reminded of property damage. However omit the 2 two years car rental ( $75/day time 730 days = $54,750 uncollected ). Attorney said it's included. How the 54,750 included in the 9000.00 total property damage?. The release was signed on February 7th, 2025. However, even the settlement payment was dragging more than the time allowed over 30 days. The Oner & attorneys mailbox email was full undelivered. What's a long tired of waiting journey experience. Sigh read more

My case was finally completed 20 months after my accident. The first lawyer I spoke to was Ana. She was very professional and went out of her way to help me on a separate issue regarding the accident. Once the case was transferred to the litigation lawyer, Brett, my case slowed down to an almost complete halt. Maybe his case load is too heavy because once I began hounding him and his assistant, he seemed competent and my case started moving forward. I ended up with a small settlement that required mediation from an outside person which lowered the payout of my settlement. Brett and his assistant did not meet my expectations. They would repeatedly ask me for paperwork that I had already submitted and also asked me to do research on the accident, which I felt was their job. I did not receive my settlement until 3 months after we came to an agreement. I also did not receive any confirmation or follow up. I logged in to my account and it just showed up one day. While Rad Law Firm is not the worst, I'm not sure its the best option. I am happy that the entire ordeal is finally over. read more

The case recently settled in June 2019 after my mom had an accident in May of 2018.
