Tried 3 other dermatology locations with Promisecare. Lucked out with 1 good appointment with Dr Chris Phillips at Murrieta office, and booked cancer surgery with him. At arrival for 2nd appointment, he had been transferred to a different location, and did not appear for the appointment. My husband was offered a back-up NP to do the surgery. NO THANK YOU. Only had 1 other dermatologist that is rated 2 stars. Otherwise we could drive to Hemet, a 1 HOUR ROUND-TRIP TO A DR, whose schedule is unknown. Very frustrating. The office manager suggested a Dr that has absolutely NO ratings, and cannot be found on Google. There are 8 dermatologists on the Promisecare website, and 7 are unavailable (gone?). What a horrible, horrible system. By the way, the Primary Doc, Jason Black is absolutely fantastic.
