This review isn't about them...it's more about the facial itself. Unfortunately, this was probably the least effective facial we've ever had, especially for the price. My blackheads and active pimples were still there...I spent the night doing my own extractions on my nose, chin, etc. where I had the most leftover. It's located in a building with a large parking lot so parking is easy. Instead of a typical waiting room, I was placed in a very cute "retreat room" while waiting for my appointment which had dim lighting and candles which was super relaxing! My injector was Britney and she was very knowledgeable. What I like about her is that she was more on the conservative side. She told me she starts with slightly less units for Asian skin due to higher sensitivity to the dysport and will add as needed during touch ups. I really appreciated this because I've had overdone Botox at other locations that froze my face too much or led to compensatory wrinkles from other places of my face. She also schedules complimentary touch up appointments in two weeks which I appreciated. She wasn't pushy at all and never tried to upsell me on anything even when I asked what other procedures could I do preventively, she said I had pretty good skin and should just stick with dysport and microneedling at my age (which I do). I appreciate that there's also a loyalty stamp program to get discounts! Now, I am a week from my injection and love my results!
