Rachel is extremely detail oriented and the lashes are super high quality! She made sure to style them exactly how I wanted and took her time to get them just right! My eyes don't get irritated and I can go a really long time without getting them refilled. I usually am on a 3-4 week refill schedule, but I was traveling last month and made it to the 5 week mark with the lashes still mostly in tact! I couldn't believe how long they stayed on in the tropical climate I was in! Very disappointed due to the lack of dishonesty I was shown here .. I don't really know what the gals name was there was only one person that was ever there and the business cards have no name no name on the door and the zelle money to deposit prior to you app in case u cancel was not a full name ... all these things should've been a clue but that being said she would always state I'm just the manager !!!99% sure she was the owner !!! I came here thinking I was going to look amazing for my upcoming trip, but boy I was wrong. Her paged enticed me to book with her, because she displayed eyebrow lamination of my liking, and also booked eyelash extensions; to which came out decently, but also didn't do exactly what I was looking for. upon arriving she made me sign a contract and told me to look on her instagram page for what I like, so I don't waste her time. which I found pretty rude from the jump, she could've phrased herself better considering it was my first time with her. As she gets done with my eyelashes, they look incredibly natural when I booked for mega lash. then asked for then to look fuller, but look frustrated that she had to go back in and make them better. when it came down to my eyebrow lamination, I showed her the reference photo from her instagram page, and she completely free styled it. I absolutely adored my thick brows, and was one of my favorite face features to which she made thin :( I started to cry when she showed me the reveal. she started to bicker with me, when she could've communicated better and asked me how I wanted them (Although I showed her a photo) and gaslighted me saying they look the same as the photo. When she shave them off, she asked me if I like thin eyebrows, to which I said NO. I like my brows. Told me I wasted her time after I said I'll still pay for them, as I was freaking out, and asked me how old was I for crying on how she left me. I'm still dealing with feeling completely insecure about my face. she didn't make me pay at the end for the brows, but she needs to learn how to be more professional and communicative. I will NEVER be coming back here. she still had the audacity to ask me to book with her in 3 weeks, and calls me hours later to book with her again. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT AN OWNERSHIP WHO IS RACIST AND TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEE POORLY!!! THEY ARE RUDE, ENTITLED, AND NEVER AROUND TO HELP! Words from the technician herself. Just seems like a mess overall, and with orange County being so popular with so many lash artists , may be best to just avoid overall. facility is not nice, confusing to get to, and crammed .
