When I told the manager I spoke to that I felt it was irresponsible for a doctor to not inform a patient of any possible side effects, she responded with extreme sarcasm and acted like it was silly to suggest a doctor go over side effects! I was allergic to the sutures they used, I had even complained to his nurse at the time who told me just to stop using some ointment I had been prescribed. I did, but turns out it was from the sutures. Dr. Carlisle had gone on vacation after this was done, so hence the lack of after care. Anyway. Two bad experiences from two different providers. I ended up with painful skin irritation, that was under control prior to them denying my Rx with no communication to me. I had to call a number of times to figure out how to proceed. It' will take weeks to regain comfort because they wouldn't address the problem. Sure they are "super nice" but don't give a flip.
