They don't even know why you're there, despite the reason given for booking the appointment. If you decide to have an actual procedure done, this is yet another appointment with another person. Leading to ... 3. BILLING. They miscode the visit, leading to an exorbitant bill that the insurance won't pay. Here's my review to them: I felt rushed and a bothersome. I was told by the nurse they only had time to do one thing (skin check or acne) and she was dismissive of anything I said. The doctor was nice and I have no complaints for him except I felt like he was super rushed. I can tell Forefront (not the doctor) is a business that just values quantity and billing over quality of care. Maybe don't schedule 15 minute appointments for new patients? That is so absurd. I do not recommend as someone in healthcare. read more

they don't answers the phone. don't bother with them, go to another dermatologist. can't even get someone on the phone and have been calling all day the last week. when they do answer they are very little help and tend to act like they have something Better to do. read more

They charged me $400 some odd dollars after I have already paid off my claim in full. It wasn't even the amount of my previous bill and I have no clue how they automatically took it from my Health Savings account, I have been calling last week and also today, asking for an explanation of why they charged me, and they say they are not sure and are looking into it. They failed to get back to me for 3 days, I had to call again and I'm getting nowhere. Unfortunately I am going to have to escalate to a supervisor, just an awful experience. Surgeon was amazing and professional, but the customer service (front desk) and billing department are unfortunately awful. They charge you when you're paid up, then have no answers, seems like they probably do this a lot with claims, I would watch your accounts closely. Very rude people in the billing department as well, seems like they don't know how to do their job. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience at heartland was quite traumatic and resulted in me crying in the car in shock after my appointment. The nurse would not listen to my concerns, she kept interrupting me and cutting me off, I asked if I could show her the spots on my skin and she kept saying "I don't need to see them, I know what they are by what you've told me." and even when I told her I was extra concerned due to a family history of a different condition she still refused to see them and kept cutting me off. I also had pictures of the spots from when they were worse, and she also refused to see those, scoffing at me and making me feel very stupid. When the doctor came in, everything was incredibly rushed and they really did not explain treatment. I kept offering potential causes or asking about things I should avoid (sauna, hot tub, body lotions, etc,) and the nurse just kept interrupting me and saying no they didn't cause it it could be anything and it would for sure come back and that I shouldn't worry about it. I was honestly shocked by how disrespectful and rude she was to me. Next thing I know they start looking at my moles and insisted that one had to be removed. It seemed like they had the tool out of the package and ready to cut my skin open before I could even consent or ask questions. They said there wasn't an option and that it had to go. (BTW - it came back 100% normal). I asked if it would hurt, they said no. I asked if it would scar, and they said as long as I followed the instructions on the sheet it wouldn't scar at all. I told them I scar very easily and they said - just follow the instructions. It hurt terribly. My sleep was disrupted for a week because the pain was so intense. They took out a deep dime-sized divot of my skin and I'm left with a very noticeable scar, despite following the instructions to a T. When I called and shared my experience with the manager, she was also shocked and very understanding and sympathetic... at first. She told me she would do everything she could to help remedy the situation and would get back to me within a week. When I finally heard back her entire tone had changed, she accused me of being dishonest, said my story didn't match what was written in her notes, and said that they never would have said mole removal wouldn't hurt or wouldn't scar. She too, then made me feel incredibly stupid and not cared about. I told her to call me back once she had talked with the Drs again and I never heard from her. After speaking with some of my friends who have also been to this clinic, it seems like my experience is not uncommon at all. Sharing so that hopefully no one else will have to go through what I went through. read more

OMG, this place is amazing! I have been going to Beckie for facials for over 20 years. If you are looking for a deep cleansing facial there isn't anyone I have found ever that is better than Beckie! I have sent many people to her and each and everyone has agreed with me about her facial. I also have friends that get many other treatments from her and they also say the are the best! If you are looking for an experience you will never forget and that you will not be able to live without, this is it! You will not get a glass of wine like some of the places but you won't miss it, I promise! read more

Apparently do not care about winning over new patients here. No warm friendly feeling from the front desk- and I was waiting with my two children for 20 minutes only to have the front desk come out and tell me I would need to reschedule!! We came in exactly 4 minutes late and were told because we were late that we would need to reschedule.... after already making us wait 20 minutes. I had checked in online beforehand all except my insurance card which I finished there. I assume the PA had something after work and this was an easy skip for her then :( read more
