I go to her for full Brazilian sugaring, and as you can imagine, that's a very vulnerable service. But Marianne has an incredible way of making you feel totally comfortable. She is professional but also extremely personable. It never feels transactional. My husband makes the joke that I'm going to my monthly therapy appointment because I genuinely enjoy my time at Radiant spa (even tho Im getting a dreadful hair removal service). Also, if you're at the salon, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Nicole. She is amazing--seriously works magic with her hands. One of the best massages I've ever had. I've been here several times for massage and facial services. My most recent trip was a 90 minute prenatal massage from Nicole and it was SPECTACULAR. She knew allll the perfect spots that needed attention and her positioning for my body was super comfy and accommodated "the belly". The vibe in the spa is calming, bright, and natural and I super appreciate the water provided at the end. I recommend Sarah and Kristina, who gave me a relaxing day at the radiant spa. Today was a late birthday gift from my mother, so I spent Monday here. It was my first time at the spa, and I loved it. I definitely recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a good message (I got the Swedish/Deep Tissue.) and who is very accommodating to your needs when it comes to pressure. I also got cupping done and detoxifying dry brushing, which I've never done before, and let me tell you, it was very rewarding, I must say. I definitely recommend Kristina to anyone who is looking for eyebrows and facials. I will add a before and after picture of my eyebrows. The services I got done by Kristina are eyebrow waxing, brow Tint, lightStim LED Treatment, and Radiant Deluxe Facial. I love my eyebrows and how they turned out. Kristina was very much of a perfectionist when it came to waxing my eyebrows and tinting, which I loved because eyebrows are one of the most important features on the face. My wife and I went in for 90-minute Swedish massages yesterday. The masseuses were great and very attentive, as well as the entire staff. They applied the right amount of pressure and the experience was very restorative. I rarely get massages, and am not quite the type. But I had been really stressed with work and was on a family vacation that wasn't going that great, so my gf recommended I get a massage. She found this place and boy, am I glad. First off, everyone was very nice. The person who answered the phone got me into a cancellation spot that same day, and when I showed up she was very friendly. Then the masseuse Madison was also friendly and very relaxed about everything which helped me relax as well. She used good pressure but it wasn't too hard, though I'm sure she could've gone more had I asked. I came out feeling pretty relaxed, and the cost ($150 for a 90 minute massage) seemed pretty reasonable to me. The place was very clean and well kept up. I'd go back again. read more

I cancelled my appointment within 23 hours of the actual schedule appointment. I requested leniency on the cancellation policy (24 hours) as the reason for cancellation was beyond my control (an emergency). The owner, Hollie, said that even in emergencies the full cost of treatment will be charged. I was willing to move the appointment and the answer was still no I'd be charged full price. I ask to gift the appointment to a friend and that turned into an odd situation where my friend was charged for the appointment (I did get a refund). When I called back to straighten out the gifting of my appointment to a friend she hung up on me. The facials here are great, but I won't return due to the manner in which Hollie communicated with my friend and I today! read more

I scheduled an appointment for the Restore Facials for myself and a friend. As soon as you walked in, you can sense the peace this place represents. The receptionist welcomed us and directed us to their sitting area to fill out our forms. Melanie introduced herself. She was sooo sweet and her demeanor was so peaceful, I knew I had gotten a good one. The rooms were clean and organized. She allowed me to get comfortable and she began to perform my facial. Let's just say I PASSED OUT right after 15 min. She was super gentle and thorough. Never did I feel uncomfortable even during the extractions. More people have to give the place a chance. Wonderful hot stone massage by Thea. She was very attentive to my sore spots and used the right amount of pressure. No complaints at all on the massage front. However, sound insulation is a huge problem. In the middle of my massage two guests were checked in and I could hear them all the way from the registration desk. You could then hear them in the "lounge" type area where you complete the forms, talking and laughing. And at some point choking on their cough. I am a chronic headache sufferer and when I went to see her in August, I'd had a headache for close to a week; it was the reason I made the appointment in the first place. Kelly really took the time to talk to me about what was going on and made great suggestions about stretches I could try at home to alleviate some of my neck and shoulder tension. This was one of the best facial treatments I've ever had. I recently visited Bend Oregon and, fortunately for me, the resort where I stayed didn't have a health spa on site. After an online search, I stumbled upon Radiant Day Spa in the Old Mill District. I had never heard of the DMK method, but it sounded unique, and I decided to give it a try. The spa, including the initial front desk experience, was warm and inviting. Rebecca, the DMK skin technician, was exceptional, explaining the procedure step by step. I lack the expertise to explain the technique. Suffice it to say, the results of that first visit lived up to my expectations and lasted for the better part of the week. The best part is, I have found a health regimen for my face that will enable deeper, more lasting effects in between my DMK treatments. I don't say this lightly and I rarely take the time to write reviews for anything, but I don't live in Bend, so this is the best method I have to pass on the word about the spa and Rebecca. BTW: One of the first things I did, upon my return home, was to locate a DMK facility near me. From now on, nothing else will do. read more

The moment I walked in Tara, even though she was on the phone, acknowledged I was there, was so warm and hospitable.
