Scheduled 90 mins then was told mid way through the massage the lady didn't have enough time to do the full 90 minutes. Good massage. Then when I went to pay, the 2 ladies got all bent out of shape over the tip I left and were mad it wasn't more. Very unprofessional people here. read more

I had a 30 min chair massage to relieve a horrible kink in my neck. My masseuse was amazing and very kind! She helped relieve the pain and gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage. I will be back and booked my husband a massage as well. Great ambiance when you walk in and very clean! The most intense massage I have ever gotten. I've had a few massages before but none like this. You do the norm, get undressed to your level laydown and they go to work. She didn't ask where I needed work. She found the spots and got rid of the tight muscles. I will say if you are not use to massages get a light one. I got medium pressure and omg, I did have red marks for a day or two after. This is not to say it wasted a great massage. She got out pain I've had in one of my shoulders that PT wasn't helping. The staff was super nice, and gave us much needed water after. I would totally go again! One note: the rooms are very dark, if you have issues with low lighting. read more

After spending our vacation hiking, white water rafting and horseback riding, a massage was definitely much needed. My husband and I were eager to get the 90 minute massage. Their prices at May Spa were so reasonable, we paid $115 each for 90 minutes. That's such a steal when other places are charging $120 for only 50mins. But if you're looking for a fancy schmancy day spa, lower your expectations when coming here. This place is more about working your body to get all the knots out rather than creating a relaxing space. It's definitely hard to let your mind wander and relax when you can hear everything behind the walls of your room. Also, if you're not a fan of being exposed, let your masseuse know beforehand to not lower the blanket down to where you are least comfortable. I usually wear underwear when I get massages but I might as well have been naked because my masseuse pulled them down almost half way to get to the very lower part of my back. Personally, I don't really care about having my butt out. If you do, definitely speak up. With all that being said, my husband and I had one of the best massages of our lives here. He got a stepping massage that he thought was excellent. He said his masseuse targeted all the problem areas he asked her to focus on. I opted for a pretty standard full body massage with medium to hard pressure. It was fantastic. I woke up this morning feeling less sore after all the physical activities of our trip. My favorite part of the massage was actually the facial and scalp massage. It was so relaxing. I would definitely choose May Spa over any fancy day spas. This was my second time in, and like most the other reviews, they just get down to business! Both times were good, this one was the better massage, good enough for me to get on and give a review. I did not find it was too hard at all (as some of the other reviews said) and I asked for a hard when they asked if I wanted soft/medium/hard. Very kind and fun people. Will be back. read more

One of the best massages I have had! We walked in to a cute waiting room. Everything was VERY clean. There is a separate section for foot massages and a few rooms for full body. I did the 90 minute combo massage. My masseuse listened and excited a medium firm pressure. Will be back. read more

I experienced the one-hour, full body massage, and it was wonderful. You can count on this being a deep tissue massage. I have shoulder knots that were more relaxed after the massage. My LMT found additional muscles in my calves I didn't know were sore and worked them to relaxation. You'll get the full treatment including dry massage, hot oil massage, and hot stone massage, with a focus on your backside. May Spa charges a credit card fee which is reasonable, and some of the staff are limited in their English skills, but still competent and professional. read more

Absolutely amazing. I did a walk in 30 minute chair massage for 37$ just to try them out. They got me right in and the masseuse went to work immediately. Not one second of the 30 minutes was wasted and I feel better than when I've gotten traditional hour massages. She used so many techniques that I didn't expect since I was only doing 30 minutes. I feel like I got lymphatic drainage, reflexology, deep tissue, and stretching all in one although she never named what she was doing just went about it. Totally recommend. My friend and I were Friday afternoon walk-ins, and they took us right away. We opted for the foot reflexology massage. The facility and foot spa room was quiet, clean, and the chairs were very comfy. We had Candy and Pam and were happy with the skill/quality of the foot massage.
