Lauren, the owner, is truly one of the most inspiring women I've ever met. After hearing her story and getting to know her, I left feeling motivated to chase my own dreams. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every part of her business. I think it's incredible that, despite being the owner, she's still hands-on and will personally start IVs and care for patients. That says so much about her character. She doesn't just own the business--she lives it. She cares deeply about her employees, and it shows because every single member of the staff seems genuinely happy to be there. If I were a nurse, this is exactly the kind of environment I'd want to work in. Lauren is compassionate, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and someone I highly recommend following on social media because she's constantly educating, inspiring, and spreading positivity. Plus, her adorable dogs are an added bonus!
Jaclyn deserves all the recognition in the world. Finding my veins isn't easy, but she never gives up. She stays patient, determined, and always succeeds. Beyond her incredible nursing skills, she's one of the most attentive people I've ever met. She constantly checks in to make sure I'm comfortable, asking if I need water, a blanket, a pillow, or anything else to make my visit easier. She has such a calming presence and truly makes every patient feel like they're her priority.
Madeleine is an absolute ray of sunshine. She brings so much positive energy into the room that you can't help but smile when you see her. She's upbeat, encouraging, and has that fun, big-sister personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She's amazing at starting IVs, always offers helpful suggestions, and somehow makes every appointment enjoyable.
