Run as fast as you can ! They will charge you for services not provided! Update ... I just received the explanation of benefits and they are charging me for a service not provided . [[HIGHLIGHT]]I started using Radiant Smiles a few years back because of appointment availability.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even though you start getting hustled from the moment you walk in by them offering services you don't need.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To be fair, the reason I say this is because I have dentist in New Jersey I also see for regular check-ups. I recently had a perfectly good crown come off when chewing pretty hard and asked they replace it because it was very secure without dental glue. They refused to place it back on with strong adhesive until I told them I was going to Europe for two weeks and would buy a new crown from them. This happened again with a post crown 4 months later, and with some gratitude I'm happy because we discovered that I am experiencing gum loss. I will need to see a Periodontist and was quite shocked to see concave area on my gum line. I asked Dr. Cho to please place the crown on and I will need to see a Periodontist. I explained that being able to chew is the immediate issue and that I had recently lost 25% of my body weight which could be related. They refused, even though I explained this is a serious issue and I need to review treatment which will probably cost $15,000 as there is an adjacent post. I think it's reasonable to take time and think about a treatment plan and timing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It would have been nice to be provided information.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They went and asked another Doctor and then sent the assistant back to tell me no they wont place it back on, even if I sign document not holding them responsible. Given they are not qualified to diagnose the potential issues cause of gum loss and did not make an effort to educate me on treatment at all, I feel as if there's no referral or anything they don't care. Radiant Smiles is an emergency dental outfit vs. health care partner to its patients. I think they deal folks that may not follow up, so they don't think others will. I guess this is good, because we are going to find better dental care when we are Las Vegas. Came in for a cleaning about a year ago, they said they could only do a deep cleaning and that I needed 3 fillings, I said I couldn't afford it so Sam set me up 2 insurances and said that they would cover some of it, I went in the chair to get a cleaning and he came up and said that they were going to do the fillings anyways since I was already numb, I didn't want to do it but they pressured me into it while I was numb and couldn't talk, I left feeling violated. Bad service and bad practice and cheating customer like myself!!! On October 30 I went to get my tooth checked. The Dr said I needed crown on 2 teeth. He drilled both teeth. The assistant put a temporary crown on both. finance person Jorge had me sign a service and told me it will so much $. I told him I have dental insurance. He said this is for the part the insurance doesn't cover. That night both crown fell out. I went back the next day to get them repaired. They made me feel like it's all my fault! What did you eat ? Were you chewing hard? [[HIGHLIGHT]]The second visit Jorge had me sign another paperwork. I said your portion is $ . I said you are going to bill my insurance, right ? He said yes of course.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Soon after that the credit card company Sunbit, is taking money from my checking twice a month. So I called Sunbit company asked what's going on? Why are you taking money out of my checking twice a month? They said I have 2 account opened by radiant smile. One for $400 and the other one for $1400. I told them I never approved for them to open 2 account. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told to call radiant smile dental and have them cancel the second one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then I called my dental insurance, they said radiant smile send them a bill but it's not clear. I called radiant smile again and asked them to resend the bill and to make sure the copies are clear.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Radiant smile were not sending the bill to my dental insurance doesn't cover. So I block the payment. Again I called the credit card company they said the dental office has to be the one to cancel the credit card . At the end of April 2025 I got a notice from my dental insurance about the dentist bill and what was covered under my plan. Then I called the dentist to tell them they had to cancel the second credit card . Jorge said they only paid $1500 and your bill is $3000! I asked Jorge so why would you bill the dental insurance for only $ 2300 if my bill is $3000 . His reply shock me he said because the dental office insurance pay whatever they want to pay! I said excuse me? If you office doesn't want to work with the insurance company you should remove you company from dental insurance! Came for an emergency visit (my bridge came off with chipped sharp tooth exposed), feeling desperate but hopeful coz I been visiting this place for years and spend lots of money for a procedures. But here's July 22 2023 a bad experience and got treated poorly by this Dentist, She was very rude, talking over, felt pressured for an options, very defensive for no reason. In my opinion I was treated very unprofessionally by Her and walked out with $49 out of pocket and no help at all. What a waste of time and a waste of 5k for a bridge that came off after 4 yrs that according to Her a bridge procedure does not last. So now I'm thinking I have been fooled by getting it. Worst cleaning ever! They had a young kid doing my cleaning and he did not do a proper cleaning. He did not even floss my teeth afterwards. Had all the grainy material still in my mouth. My wife went to have a dental night guard custom-made for her teeth and we were quoted $489. When we asked for the price if we were on Medicare, we were told $350. When we looked online for custom-made dental night guards, we were referred to several dentists whose price was under $150 for their top of the line hard night guards for grinding teeth while sleeping. Nice office personnel, but ridiculous prices! We ask the price to have a deep cleaning done on one quadrant of my wife's mouth and were quoted $900! We had it done at another dentist for $150, and we still think that was a lot to pay for 20 minutes of cleaning. I'll bet you can do a lot better than these guys. read more

Please be careful with charges. They will produce a bill for you and even with insurance want you to pay billed amount. Your insurance is billed with sometimes different work provided and insurance pays lower amount which is what you're supposed to be responsible for. Forget about getting money back. Loveddd my experience here. I was a bit nervous going into the dentist since it's been over 8 years I have been to a dentist. As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted and I immediately felt a great atmosphere/vibe that I caught on to. Maybe because they work good together as a team and you could actually feel it, even when you step in. The wait was not long at all. Once I was taken back in, all the staff that handled me were amazing, super professional! Especially Dr. Lea & Diego. Dr Ruiz does NOT care about his patients and only sees them as a dollar sign ! I went in for some HORRIBLE pain on my left side. The front desk girl was SOOOOO KIND, I wish I got her name but I don't think I did. She went above and beyond to help us get in and situated. We were having some issues with dental insurance and like I said she went above and beyond to help us figure it out. Once I was back in the office they were very efficient and kind. I was VERY ANXIOUS and said it many times but they were all so patient and understanding. Omg worst dentist ever! Staff was "nice" but wow, they took 2 hours to help me! Only to have the "doctor" tell me he would give me a mouth wash for my swollen gums. The front desk lady came 30 minutes later to "polish" my teeth, she literally polished them like a 2 year old would. She put my chair allll the way up because she preferred to stand up. Hilarious! I went to Radiant Smiles on Nellis with a toothache. The doctor immediately said it needed extraction and proceeded to schedule also took impressions for full upper denture and a lower partial. I have not been able to wear the lower since getting it 2 months ago. I have been back several times and Dr Ahmed tries to adjust it. I went last week yet again and the doctor came in after waiting one and half hours in the chair, never looked in my mouth said there was nothing he could do and continue to try and wear it. He also tried to upcharge me by trying to get me to do implants. They have billed my insurance over and above customary charges. Now the insurance is denying the claim because of the over charge. Be careful of this practice they will scam you and over charge you for every little thing read more
