The dentist ( Dr. Lipman) that worked with my teeth was very nice and compassionate. However, it took them over 6 months to have the first try for my dentures. It didn't fit at all and hurts so badly. So, I told Dr. Lipman, he called the big boss also a dentist and owner. I waited For another 3 weeks, just to find out that the new dentures were made from a 3D printer and looked awful, and fake, like the Halloween prop. like I don't have teeth at all. I talked to Dr. Ruiz ( maybe Ortiz, not sure the owner) he adamantly said, NO and was very rude and abnoxious. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL. I LOST MY MONEY AND IM 78 years old. read more

This is by far the best experience i ever had ! I am so scared of getting any dental work and they were able to work with me and listen to my concerns. Since im unable to get all the work done today they were able to help me with what's really needed to be done today ! When i tell you i am scared of the dentist i am but Dr.Verde and Chelsea was able to not only calm be down but they were also able to help me with my budget plan so that i can leave comfortably and out of the pain that i am in . Dr. Lea consistently pays close attention to detail, and she goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care. Run as fast as you can ! They will charge you for services not provided! Update ... I just received the explanation of benefits and they are charging me for a service not provided . My insurance called them on conference and the person I spoke to named Anna was extremely rude. She said I signed for the service and if I don't pay they will send me to collection. My son even confirmed that they didn't provide the service they are ripping me off for . Unfortunately, my last visit did not go well. I was called about setting up my next appointment and I let them know I was looking for a new dentist. I just don't understand why every dentist wants to "force" a service that is not covered by the insurance. I was then told it would cost extra for irrigation for my cleaning but there was not water dispenser of my chair .. Same thing in chair my son was get his cleaning. read more

I started using Radiant Smiles a few years back because of appointment availability. Even though you start getting hustled from the moment you walk in by them offering services you don't need. To be fair, the reason I say this is because I have dentist in New Jersey I also see for regular check-ups. I recently had a perfectly good crown come off when chewing pretty hard and asked they replace it because it was very secure without dental glue. They refused to place it back on with strong adhesive until I told them I was going to Europe for two weeks and would buy a new crown from them. This happened again with a post crown 4 months later, and with some gratitude I'm happy because we discovered that I am experiencing gum loss. I will need to see a Periodontist and was quite shocked to see concave area on my gum line. I asked Dr. Cho to please place the crown on and I will need to see a Periodontist. I explained that being able to chew is the immediate issue and that I had recently lost 25% of my body weight which could be related. They refused, even though I explained this is a serious issue and I need to review treatment which will probably cost $15,000 as there is an adjacent post. I think it's reasonable to take time and think about a treatment plan and timing. It would have been nice to be provided information. They went and asked another Doctor and then sent the assistant back to tell me no they wont place it back on, even if I sign document not holding them responsible. Given they are not qualified to diagnose the potential issues cause of gum loss and did not make an effort to educate me on treatment at all, I feel as if there's no referral or anything they don't care. Radiant Smiles is an emergency dental outfit vs. health care partner to its patients. I think they deal folks that may not follow up, so they don't think others will. I guess this is good, because we are going to find better dental care when we are Las Vegas. My husband also goes there from time to time and feels like he is always hustled and sold extra services. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and very professional. As a new patient, they took Xrays and reviewed the results with me and developed a treatment plan for the issues that they observed. I kept getting told over and over how I have an appliance in my mouth... It's been a year, and they are still much too tight... Came in for a cleaning about a year ago, they said they could only do a deep cleaning and that I needed 3 fillings, I said I couldn't afford it so Sam set me up 2 insurances and said that they would cover some of it, I went in the chair to get a cleaning and he came up and said that they were going to do the fillings anyways since I was already numb, I didn't want to do it but they pressured me into it while I was numb and couldn't talk, I left feeling violated. Almost a year later and endless calls to insurance companies (they said it was necessary treatment that didnt need to be done) I was stuck with the full bill of $2500 for 3 fillings and a deep cleaning...Sam and the people at the Nellis location have been completely ghosting me and shutting down my inquiries about having some of it be covered as promised. Worst cleaning ever! They had a young kid doing my cleaning and he did not do a proper cleaning. He did not even floss my teeth afterwards. Had all the grainy material still in my mouth. Came for an emergency visit (my bridge came off with chipped sharp tooth exposed), feeling desperate but hopeful coz I been visiting this place for years and spend lots of money for a procedures. But here's July 22 2023 a bad experience and got treated poorly by this Dentist, She was very rude, talking over, felt pressured for an options, very defensive for no reason. In my opinion I was treated very unprofessionally by Her and walked out with $49 out of pocket and no help at all. What a waste of time and a waste of 5k for a bridge that came off after 4 yrs that according to Her a bridge procedure does not last. So now I'm thinking I have been fooled by getting it. Very welcoming people, approachable and friendly staff, made me feel comfortable being in the chair and getting worked done.

My wife went to have a dental night guard custom-made for her teeth and we were quoted $489. When we asked for the price if we were on Medicare, we were told $350. When we looked online for custom-made dental night guards, we were referred to several dentists whose price was under $150 for their top of the line hard night guards for grinding teeth while sleeping. Nice office personnel, but ridiculous prices! We ask the price to have a deep cleaning done on one quadrant of my wife's mouth and were quoted $900! We had it done at another dentist for $150, and we still think that was a lot to pay for 20 minutes of cleaning. I'll bet you can do a lot better than these guys. read more

Please be careful with charges. They will produce a bill for you and even with insurance want you to pay billed amount. Your insurance is billed with sometimes different work provided and insurance pays lower amount which is what you're supposed to be responsible for. Forget about getting money back. Loveddd my experience here. I was a bit nervous going into the dentist since it's been over 8 years I have been to a dentist. As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted and I immediately felt a great atmosphere/vibe that I caught on to. Maybe because they work good together as a team and you could actually feel it, even when you step in. The wait was not long at all. Once I was taken back in, all the staff that handled me were amazing, super professional! Especially Dr. Lea & Diego. Dr Ruiz does NOT care about his patients and only sees them as a dollar sign ! The front desk manager is just as horrible and unprofessional and gives you attitude. I had to reach out to my insurance for a procedure that Dr Ruiz scared me into getting and the procedure was not done properly and I wasted over $6,000 for this procedure. There is so much I can say but I know I won't be able to put it on Yelp because it's to long. Just know Dr Ruiz and the staff do not care about you. I am not the type to leave Yelp reviews even if it was a bad experience things happen, but I felt the need to at least write this if it can help someone who was told to get braces by Dr Ruiz maybe this review can help them in not making the same mistake. I went in for some HORRIBLE pain on my left side. The front desk girl was SOOOOO KIND, I wish I got her name but I don't think I did. She went above and beyond to help us get in and situated. We were having some issues with dental insurance and like I said she went above and beyond to help us figure it out. Once I was back in the office they were very efficient and kind. I was VERY ANXIOUS and said it many times but they were all so patient and understanding. I went to Radiant Smiles on Nellis with a toothache. The doctor immediately said it needed extraction and proceeded to schedule also took impressions for full upper denture and a lower partial. I have not been able to wear the lower since getting it 2 months ago. I have been back several times and Dr Ahmed tries to adjust it. I went last week yet again and the doctor came in after waiting one and half hours in the chair, never looked in my mouth said there was nothing he could do and continue to try and wear it. He also tried to upcharge me by trying to get me to do implants. They have billed my insurance over and above customary charges. Now the insurance is denying the claim because of the over charge. Be careful of this practice they will scam you and over charge you for every little thing read more

Omg worst dentist ever! Staff was "nice" but wow, they took 2 hours to help me! Only to have the "doctor" tell me he would give me a mouth wash for my swollen gums. The front desk lady came 30 minutes later to "polish" my teeth, she literally polished them like a 2 year old would. She put my chair allll the way up because she preferred to stand up. Hilarious! I feel like the assistant that talked to me at the end tried to rip me off with some expensive mouth guard for my teeth grinding.
