The staff uses the latest and best technologies to perform their jobs plus I never have to wait...before I leave, the office staff has setup my next visit, written it down for me and once finished I leave knowing the procedure that was done will last and without any issues or pain! I really hate to leave this review but I have no other choice besides the next steps I need to take to take care of fixing my teeth. I have been coming to this office since July of 2014 when I first moved to Las Vegas. I trusted them with my teeth. I loved my dentist and the office staff. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the last several years. But when I had my bridge done here, I was not happy with my results. They were crooked, one part stuck out in my gums, and I feel like they were too big for my mouth. They also didn't suggest teeth whitening before making the bridge which I later found out from another dentist office that is usually suggested. Well, I'm trying to fix the look of my bridge that I just spent A LOT of money on, I tried getting Invisalign to hopefully straighten them up. Invisalign was another $3,400 dollars. After a year of wearing the Invisalign, I had my last appointment and told my dentist my bridge was still crooked. They then explained that Invisalign does my "straighten" bridges . If I would have known that, I would have held off on the Invisalign until I got a new bridge. They knew from the get go the bridge is crooked and I wasn't happy with it. I believe it's even affecting my smile and jaws in the long run and my teeth are constantly bothering me and causes me to constantly pick at them. They said they can replace them and make them straighter because there is some sort of warranty on the teeth. I got excited and was glad they we're finally going to be fixed. They suggested teeth whitening before I replace the bridge. So I make appointments for teeth whitening and they suggested in-house whitening and the at home trays, that's $500. I then asked when the whitening is done how long will it take for them to make me the bridge. They said not long and they will set me an appointment. So I go to the front desk to make the appointment and she goes over the cost. Then they tell me it's going to be another $2000 to replace the bridge! When this whole time I was thinking they were under warranty and it was not going to cost money to replace the bridge that already cost over a thousand dollars to begin with. Then they said that's the price you have to pay to replace it and it could be actually more... I don't think I should have to pay another $2000 to replace the bridge that I never liked to begin with. Now I'm having to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I think they should fix what they messed up. This is my mouth, teeth, and smile that people see everyday. I shouldn't have to walk around after paying out of pocket money for something that looks horrible . It really saddens me that this place would do this to me. Dental work is EXPENSIVE!!!! And insurance doesn't cover most of this work because it's considered cosmetic!!! But I live with epileptic seizures and that's what caused my front teeth to crack to begin with because I had a seizure and fell face first and that is why I had to get a bridge. I'm a single mother living off a crappy teacher salary and it takes me MONTHS to save up money just to pay for my teeth!!! And now I have to live with them crooked and uncomfortable. I'm just disappointed after coming here for so long :( Pictures show when the bridge was FIRST DONE and after Invisalign I also have pictures of ALL the work I've had done and all the money I have spent at this place out of my own pocket . read more

These guys are great, we live on the EastSide of Vegas so sometimes we get subpar businesses and a couple on dentists on this side I would never go to, due to their lack of care. Here it's different the office is clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They took me in when I had an emergency and were able to help me quickly and do a treatment plan. Scheduling and getting seen asap was with ease and the staff are all professional and friendly. They removed my tooth gems, and replaced them as well. First my husband went here about 5 days ago for a loose tooth that was causing him pain, they got him in quick & got his tooth pulled. I needed a dentist to have my dentures repaired, hopefully they'll be fixed by the lab & ready tomorrow. There's 3 Dentists here, looks like plenty of receptionists & hygienists. I have always been scared to visit the dentist but this office really changed that for me. Dr. Rich always takes the time to go over my treatment and is very gentle she stops during the procedure to check on me and doesn't get impatient when I ask my 100 questions lol. Her assistants are amazing! I love that they remember the names of each patient and have built relationships with them. They are quick and just make the whole process more comfortable. My family sees them as well and refuse to go anywhere else. Tasia is my hygienist; absolutely in love! Her energy is great and I wouldn't mind seeing her more often. She is very accommodating & does her best to get me out in time for me to get back to my job. This office is diverse and offers help for people that speak different languages as well. I am a person who is "terrified", to have dental work done. I am posting this to let you know you do not have to be afraid to come here. Shalisa did a deep cleaning on my teeth, and she is very gentle and caring. From Lyndsey at the front desk, to all the young ladies there I send out a deep thank you!Every other place I went, they wanted to replace the beautiful front crown I had done 2 years ago right here. The Dentist does not want to replace his perfect crown, and is working with me to get molars in my mouth again! I am 67 and feel blessed to have this team working on my mouth. Keep in mind, previously , I liked to be sedated for dental work. Not here! Lindsey kept telling me how good the hygienist ,(Shalisa), is, and she is right. So caring and gentle. This dentistry is way hard to beat - from very upbeat and super friendly staff to gentle and easy dental care, this place takes the cake! I was quite apprehensive about my extraction, but Brittany Rich made it as comfortable as something like that gets.... Pain was so minimal and she was so careful :) Her genuine warmth and inner light radiated a positive glow. She ensured the numbing was done thoroughly and gently... So I would have a few pokes instead of serious pain. They took time to carefully go over my aftercare I would be doing , and even read my mind when I couldn't talk but needed the restroom. I've been going to Dentists On Nellis for years I really enjoyed everyone that works there. We'll today I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I walk up to the counter and checked in. The lady pulled my file and said you are having your teeth cleaned and X-rays no copay today. Immediately the other lady sitting on the opposite side pulls my file and tells me that I needed a deep cleaning and the copay would, I don't remember the exact amount but over a hundred dollars. I asked for deep cleaning and she responded that and the laser treatment for bacteria. I said no to the laser treatment and she said ok the copay will be...still over $100. She told me ok, we will get you X-rays and evaluate if you need the deep cleaning. At the end, I asked them if I was going to get my teeth cleaning, she said no we have to evaluate first. I cancelled and walked out. WASTE OF MY TIME AND DAY. THEY HAVE TURN INTO ANOTHER SHADY DENTIST OFFICE LOOKING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THE CAN FROM YOUAND WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. I can not say enough GOOD COMPLIMENTS to this dentist! Let's say it this way! When I moved to california couple of years back I LOVE THIS DENTIST PLACE SOOOOO MUCH that even though my insurance covered a California dentist, I refused to use it. That I would rather pay cash out of pocket AND travel to Vegas JUST to get ANY procedures done with Dentist On Nellis. Which is exactly what I did the year I lived up in San Fransisco. Today I live back in Vegas. I had a moler tooth infection. Pure procrastination of my mouth healing from my wisdom teeth is why I didn't immediately go back in to get my moler fixed. Instead I would say I don't have time blah blah blah. When it came the day I could not stand the pain any longer plus it was literally waking me up at night I foundly went in. My insurance wouldn't cover this procedure in their office because of how far advance I had let it get to. And was going to refer me out, but I asked do I have to? They said no, we can do the procedure, but it cost blah blah dollars. Sold! I payed and the rest is history because I didn't even trust going to someone else to fix my tooth. From the horror stories I hear if you have an infection even though you've taken your antibiotics it's still a painful procedure. Not with Dentist On nellis. His goal was to find that infected pocket and numb it up. With the help of me telling him exactly where I felt pain and his patients of numbing the area up I literally was pain free when it took him less than 30 seconds to pull the tooth. Yaass. I didn't have an appointment and there were none available but they were still able to see me as a walk in patient... So I decided to wait for 7 years for orthodontic options to get better. But I didn't really take care of my teeth properly. Nguyen, DMD and the staff and I have to say they didn't judge me for waiting so long, the way my teeth looked, and made me feel my case was repairable. Dr. Khanh T. Nguyen, DMD was very sincere about my ordeal and gentle with me through out the process of pulling my tooth, cleaning, and made me feel comfortable.
