My daughter and I didn't know what to do with some things that needed to be thrown out. Nick was AWESOME! He unlocked a dumpster for us and even helped my daughter get the heavy items outside and to the dumpster. Public Storage on Dowlen in Beaumont is so great and Nick is the best! Do yourself a favor if looking for a storage unit and talk to Nick at Public Storage.
