Beautiful clinic and totally Up to date unfortunately what was a real mess is the wait time !…read morethey bundle up appointments and the wait time is not up to date with the bonjour santé website.. my 2pm appointment was really late and I ended up being called around 2:45pm so annoyed as they ask you to come in 15 minutes before and so I ended up leaving this clinic about 1:30 after very very long. Service wise: pretty nice the receptionist was very sweet and friendly and made sure all my info was correct. The nurse was not so friendly and didn't really care much but the doctor was the most important of them all and Dre Gosselin was amazing she is young smart and kind she really took great care of me and I definitely recommend her as she's very caring. She is definitely better off at a private clinic where her expertise should be accredited.. I mean the clinic's system is super messed up and she deserves better but either way I'm very happy to have had her take a look at my health I felt safe and confident with her!

He said to wait until Fall 2023. I saw him then but he Didn't have anything constructive to say. Spring 2024 I began having mild pain in the area if the surgery. Spring 2025 burning and more pain. Still no sensation. I just called his office and they told me if I wanted to see him I had to pay $150. It's not the money but really!!! I went in for a MRI because I was operated on without my consent or knowledge in Barcelona and I…read moreneeded proof. They did the scan and completely ignored the foreign body lodged at the back of my head and reported that everything was normal. The report was inaccurate so I went back for a reexamination and they first told me that I'd be charged an additional 250$(which was no problem) then a few days later they refused to do a reexamination then lied and told me that they did. The manager told me that this thing is normal then told me that I drew it on then contradicted himself saying that he's not a radiologist and neither am I. I can literally feel this thing in my head so I'm sure that I do not need to be a radiologist to identify an foreign object on my scan. I've sent the images to a radiologists in LA and he said that they did not read the MRI properly and that they should have reported it. Incompetent, unprofessional and deceptive behaviour.
