I was told I could pick it up on Friday, so I go in on Friday morning around 10am and had my paper work in hand. I told the lady at the counter who I was and what I was there for. You would have thought I asked her how much she weighed or her age, she never looked at my paper work, she only called the midland store and asked me FOUR times what my name was and what I was there for. I just think that if the Manager at another store sends someone to pick something up they should treat you with a little respect. Everyone else in the empty store was on their cell phones unable or just unwilling to step in and take care of a paying customer. Hopefully I'll never have to go to that location again.
