They took her phone and left her unable to have any communication (friends, family, 911). This is absolute negligence on their part. It has been 3 weeks and 16 hours of sitting on the phone with T-mobile. This store has made such a mess that we are happily switching to another carrier.

My phone is a 2019, I broke the screen and went in to Box tronics and they of course had to order…read morethe screen. (I figured any place would for a phone that is 7yrs old) It came in and was quick and easy to replace. That night I realized my phone wouldn't take a charge. I brought it back to them they worked there magic and got it functioning like new again. Great customer service. Being without a device we sadly relay probably to much on these days was very stressful and they went above and beyond to get me going again!!!

They confused the passcodes so they were unable to even start and yet they didn't bother to contact me for clarification. No call for 5 hrs. I called to check on the progress and was able to give them the code (again). Next day...no call. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready in 1 hr, maximum 2 hrs. .... 3 hrs later, no call and approaching closing time ...I go there. They had done nothing because they didn't have the iCloud pssscode.......again, no effort to contact me for that information. I took my phones and left. 2 DAYS wasted. Not sure if they can competently repair phones...... they don't competently run their business .

He was able to take my watch into the back and installed a new battery on site. The customer service was excellent and I was in and out in just a few minutes! While I was in the store, I was able to browse and this place has batteries for everything that you could possibly need! Also, some cool lights and lamps and some very good deals on LED lightbulbs. I am having a terrible experience with my cell phone service! I cancelled 1 phone number out of 5 a…read moreweek ago and ever since I am locked out of my ATT account online. I have tried to reset the password through the website but that won't work. I tried the 'live chat' help option but the person was obviously helping multiple customers and so the replies were quite slow. Anyway that didn't work either - got a new passcode but it just gives more error messages. Finally today had time to call in to get this straightened out. And it got worse! 34 minutes on the phone. The first person in India couldn't help me, account is locked. No surprise there! Second person in US tried multiple ways to break into my account using all my different phone numbers (I have 4 lines) and my email and my previously secret password. No luck on any of those attempts. I was then transferred to what was supposed to a tech support number to trouble shoot the issue with the website. Only when that person picked up he said that wasn't his department. He promised to personally 'reach out' to get me connected to the right department. When the phone transferred again I was back in India! And the worst part of it is they couldn't hear a damn thing I was saying. They kept asking me to speak up. After shouting that I was locked out of my online account it was deja vu. Same requests for information that the first call center asked me for more than 30 min ago. I was back where I started with a crappy connection as a bonus. I hung up. All I want is to use my online damn account to get the magic stupid number that I'm supposed to have to check on the insurance claim I submitted over 10 days ago that has gone absolutely no where.
