I had a crazy problem with an online order and checker Eileen was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. When she had call in her manager, Christine, it was easy to see that this level of service and patience was coming from the top down. She was helpful, understanding, patient and determined to take care of the problem. I was so pleased and impressed with both of them that I just wrote my first Yelp review. Kudos to whatever is going on at this Michael's as far as management and hiring goes. I frequent this location and I'm always walking away so happy that there are still people like this in the world.

I went in with some jewelry to have them look at and I explained that to him at first that I just…read morewanted them to look at it while the older guy decided to come and take the jewelry to test it and found out it was worth something. had special marks on it and didn't want to talk about that though but he offers me $323 for quite a bit of gold jewelry. Never told them i wanted to sell it but he took a couple pieces apart, took him like 3 minutes if that! He asked for my ID and I told him I didn't think I was ready to sell it yet. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I wasn't desperate yet and he tells me that gold is at an all-time high which I know so it wasn't worth it just yet to me so I went to leave and asked him if they closed at 3:00 and he told me yes but don't come back he didn't want my jewelry he did all the work ALLLL the work?! That wasn't work. That was sitting in a chair playing with jewelry for a couple minutes. He's just pissed bc he knew he could make SO much more of it. I know that too. I understand the "overhead" but don't act like they don't screw ppl over thinking EVERYBODY that comes in is desperate for money.
