In substance, Verizon offered me a good deal-misleading in the way it was implemented but still a pretty good deal. The coverage is still dodgy in the rural areas in this part of the country, but it is better than the company I switched from. It is important to have close access to a physical store to deal with technical issues, so I would come back again if I needed help.

They used to have a massive inventory, but sadly, I think a lot of people are switching to downloadable media rather than physical copies, so I think the foot-traffic has declined quite a bit, so they've had to reduce their inventory. Still the best I've been to though. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's one of my happy places. They still good a selection of collectibles and of course games. The prices are good too. I always recommend to people to always purchase physical games, books, movies, etc because there's always the chance that they'll disappear if some licensing agreement runs out. I hope GameStop stays in business.

Unfortunately, yesterday we went to do a simple transaction of transferring one line to another Account, the older, Hispanic lady that helped us out was kind I could tell she was a little impatient as I was having a hard time understanding exactly what we were needing to do enable to process what we wanted to do, but the much younger Hispanic girl next to her that was helping a gentleman kept rolling her eyes, as if she was annoyed with me asking questions I've worked in customer service of my life, and I have never rolled my eyes at a customer in front of them we all know that sometimes we get annoyed when people don't understand something, but isn't it etiquette to be polite when you're in front of people there helping or at least if you're just standing there listening and I'm not even bothering you! I appreciate the lady helping us as she was patient and in explaining everything, But because of the other girl, I hate to say, I cannot give this place five stars! Stop getting customer, service jobs just because you speak both languages but when the Hispanic customers come in, you're annoyed and pissed off and don't want to help them I get that we were there an hour before closing or a little bit before that but I respect leaving in a timely manner, and we were not there until closing! This guy is awesome. I brought in my iPhone SE with a cracked screen (previously replaced by…read moreBatteries Plus). He told me he was out of the black color but would have some the next day. I came back the next day and he knocked it out in about 15 minutes while I waited and didn't ask for anything like a three hour window and my password (batteries plus). The quality difference in the two pieces of glass were glaring, his attention to detail is second to none, his pricing is more than reasonable, and my phone is as good as when I walked out of the Apple store with it originally.
