Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam. Here I am! Everyone happy?) 7) Then I told them I had a new accountant, and they sent me an offboarding checklist that literally includes the line: "Future Support: Take Note of Whom to Contact If Assistance is Needed: [CRS Accountant Name] [Insert Email Address Here]." In other words, I have no idea to to contact or how to reach them. ...This is completely in line with the communication I received throughout my time there, and a perfect capstone to my experience.
